(2015)Paracaryum bingoelianum Behçet & İlçim is described as a new species. It is confined to Bingöl in Eastern Anatolia, Turkey. Paracaryum bingoelianum is closely similar to P. cristatum subsp. cristatum and P. kurdistanicum. ... -
On the existence of periodic solutions to non-linear neutral differential equations of first order with multiple delays
(2015)In this paper, on the basis of Krasnoselskii’s fixed point theorem, sufficient conditions are derived for the existence of periodic solutions to certain nonlinear neutral differential equations of first order with multiple ... -
Continuous rotation invariant features for gradient-based texture classification
(2015)Extracting rotation invariant features is a valuable technique for the effective classification of rotation invariant texture. The Histograms of Oriented Gradients (HOG) algorithm has been proved to be theoretically simple, ... -
The comparison of electrical characterizations and photovoltaic performance of Al/p-Si and Al/Azure C/p-Si junctions devices
(2015)The current-voltage (I-V) and capacitance-voltage (C-V) characteristics of Al/Azure C/p-Si heterojunction fabricated with spin coating system have been investigated under illumination conditions, coating thickness at room ... -
Acute-phase responses in cattle infected with hydatid cysts and microbial agents
(2015)The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of hydatid cysts and microbial agents on the acute-phase response in cattle. Twenty-seven cattle with hydatid cysts and eight apparently healthy cattle comprised the study ... -
Effects of exogenous nitric oxide and salicylic acid on chilling-induced oxidative stress in wheat (Triticum aestivum)
(2015)This study investigated the effect of pretreatments of nitric oxide (NO) and/or salicylic acid (SA) on alleviation of chilling stress in wheat (Triticum aestivum). Sodium nitroprusside (SNP) was used as the NO source. ... -
Effect of shunt capacitors on power systems containing renewable energy resources [Yenilenebilir Enerji Kaynaklari Entegre Edilmiş Güç Sistemlerinde Şönt Kapasitörlerin Etkisi]
(2015)In this paper, the effects of shunt capacitor on electrical network integrated with renewable energy resources are investigated. For this proposes, we conduct 24-hours load flow analyses for IEEE 39 buses power system ... -
