Abstract
Azure A'nın DKLN üzerine adsorpsiyonu çoklu adsorpsiyon prosesleri olabileceği önerildi. Termodinamik incelemeler sonucunda Azure ‘nın tüm adsorbanler üzerine adsorpsiyonu kendiliğinden gerçekleştiği ve endotermik olduğu belirlendi.

ABSTRACT: In this thesis study, the adsorption of Azure A that has a wide range of applications in the industry dyestuff from aqueous solutions onto natural and modified Clinoptilolite was investigated by taking into consideration various parameters such as time, temperature, pH, initial dyestuff and amount of adsorbent. Adsorption isotherms, kinetics and thermodynamic parameters for adsorption processes are also determined. The results showed that the adsorption capacity of MKLN2 was found to be higher than other adsorbents. In the adsorption experiments, Adsorption for all adsorbents increased as the concentration of initial dyestuff, the pH and temperature increase. But, adsorption decreased as the amount of adsorbate increases. The adsorption equilibrium data were tested by the Langmuir and Freundlich isotherm models. The results showed that the adsorption of Azure A on DKLN,MKLN1 and MKLN2 fitted the Freundlich isotherm well. The adsorption of Azure A onto MKLN3 is more suitable for the langmuir model. The adsorption kinetic of Azure A onto MKLN1 and MKLN2 was described by the pseudo-second-order model. The adsorption of Azure A onto DKLN may also be followed by multiple adsorption processes. It was proposed that adsorption of Azure A to DKLN could be multiple adsorption processes. It was proposed that the pseudo-firstorder kinetic model is more suitable for adsorption of Azure A onto MKLN3. It was determined that Adsorption of Azure A onto all adsorbents were an endothermic and spontaneous process.
