El-Fevâidu’l-Mufîde ‘Alâ Harîdeti’l-Avâmili’l-Cedîde Adlı Eserin Tahkik ve Tahlili

Abstract

ÖZET: Bu tez, Abdulfettâh el-Mahmûdî’nin el-Fevâʾidu’l-mufîde ʿalâ Harîdeti’l-ʿAvâmili’l-cedîde adlı eserinin tahkikini konu edinmekte olup giriş ve iki bölümden oluşmaktadır. Giriş bölümünde, çalışmanın konusu, amacı ve yöntemi gibi teze dair temel meselelere yer verilmiştir. Birinci bölümün ilk kısmında müellifin hayatı, Yetiştiği ortamı, Ailesi, çocukları, Hocaları, Talebeleri, İlmi faaliyetleri ve eserleri ele alınmıştır. Yaşadığı bölgede halk üzerinde önemli bir etkiye sahip olan, Medrese inşa etmesi, talebe yetiştirmesi ve telif faaliyetleriyle öne çıkan âlimlerden biri olan Abdulfettah el-Mahmûdî, farklı ilim dallarında çok sayıda eser kaleme almıştır. Müellifin çeşitli alanlara yayılan eserlerinin sayısı otuza ulaşmaktadır. İkinci kısmda ise el-Fevâidu’l-mufîde ʿalâ Harîdeti’l-ʿAvâmili’l-cedîde eseri, adı ve telif tarihi, müellife aidiyeti, telif amacı, konusu, dili ve üslubu, kaynakları ve istişhat yöntemi başlıklar altında incelenmiştir. İkinci bölümde, el-Fevâidu’l-mufîde ʿalâ Harîdeti’l-ʿAvâmili’l-cedîde adlı eserin tahkikli neşrine yer verilmiştir. Tahkik, yazma eserlerin neşrine ilişkin İSAM tarafından belirlenen ilmî esaslar doğrultusunda gerçekleştirilmiş ve müellif nüshası esas alınmıştır. Bunun yanı sıra gerekli görülen yerlerde açıklayıcı notlar eklenmiş; metinde yer alan âyet, hadis, şiir ve çeşitli görüşlerin kaynakları tespit edilerek tahricleri yapılmıştır. Böylece eserin ilmî usullere uygun ve güvenilir bir metin hâlinde ortaya konulması amaçlanmıştır.

ABSTRACT: This thesis focuses on the critical edition of Abd al-Fattāḥ al-Maḥmūdī’s al-Fawāʾid al-Mufīda ʿalā Kharīdat al-ʿAwāmil al-Jadīda and consists of an introduction and two chapters. In the introduction, core aspects of the dissertation—such as the topic, objective, and methodology are presented. In the first section of the first chapter, the author’s life, the environment in which he was raised, his family, children, teachers, students, scholarly activities, and works are examined. As one of the prominent scholars who exerted a significant influence on the populace of his region and distinguished himself through the construction of madrasas, the training of students, and his authorship activities, ʿAbd al-Fattāḥ al-Maḥmūdī authored numerous works across various branches of science. The number of works composed by the author in diverse fields reaches thirty. In the second part, the work al-Fawāʾid al-mufīda ʿalā Ḥarīdat al-ʿAwāmil al-jadīda is examined under headings such as its title and date of composition, attribution to the author, purpose of composition, subject matter, language and style, sources, and method of quotation/evidence. The second chapter presents the critical edition of al-Fawāʾid al-Mufīda ʿalā Kharīdat al-ʿAwāmil al-Jadīda. The edition was prepared in accordance with the scholarly principles established by İSAM for the critical editing of manuscript works, with the authorial copy taken as the primary manuscript. In addition, explanatory notes were provided where necessary, and the sources of Qurʾanic verses, hadiths, poems, and various scholarly opinions cited in the text were identified and documented. Through these procedures, the study aims to establish a reliable text in accordance with the principles of scholarly critical editing.
