Schottky barrier height modification in Au/n-type 6H-SiC structures by PbS interfacial layer
(2011)We have prepared the Au/PbS/n-6H-SiC Schottky diodes with interface layer and the reference Au/n-6H-SiC/Ni Schottky diodes without interface layer to realize Schottky barrier height (SBH) modification in the Au/SiC Schottky ... -
Orientation-controlled synthesis and characterization of Bi 2Te3 nanofilms, and nanowires via electrochemical co-deposition
(2011)An electrochemical deposition technique based on co-deposition was used to deposit preferentially oriented Bi2Te3 nanostructures (nanofilm, and nanowire). The shared underpotential deposition (UPD) potentials for both Bi ... -
Electrochemical synthesis of poly-2-aminothiazole on mild steel and its corrosion inhibition performance
(2011)2-Aminothiazole (AT) was polymerized by electrochemical technique on a mild steel (MS) electrode from 0.01 M monomer containing 0.3 M ammonium oxalate solution. Cyclic voltammetry was used for the synthesis. Poly-2-aminothiazole ... -
On conditional distributions of order statistics

Electrical and optical characteristics of Au/PbS/n-6H-SiC structures prepared by electrodeposition of PbS thin film on n-type 6H-SiC substrate
(2011)To realize Schottky barrier height (SBH) modification in the Au/n-6H-SiC Schottky diodes, lead sulfide (PbS) thin films were grown on n-6H-SiC by electrodeposition method. At first, XRD experiments were performed to ... -
Adsorption and corrosion inhibition effect of 2-((5-mercapto-1,3,4- thiadiazol-2-ylimino)methyl)phenol Schiff base on mild steel
(2011)In this study, the inhibition effect of 2-((5-mercapto-1,3,4-thiadiazol-2- ylimino)methyl)phenol Schiff base (MTMP) on mild steel corrosion in 0.5 M HCl solution was studied. For this aim, electrochemical techniques such ... -
Dependence of characteristic diode parameters on sample temperature in Ni/epitaxy n-Si contacts
(2011)We have formed Ni/n-Si SBDs contacts by dc magnetron sputtering Ni on the epitaxy n-type Si. We have introduced the temperature-dependent IV characteristics of the diodes in the temperature range of 60320 K. It has been ... -
Investigation of adsorption and corrosion inhibition effect of 1,1'-thiocarbonyldiimidazole on mild steel in hydrochloric acid solution
(2011)The adsorption and inhibition effect of 1,1'-thiocarbonyldiimidazole (TCDI) on the corrosion of mild steel (MS) in 0.5 M HCl solution was studied in both short and long immersion time (120 h) with the help of electrochemical ... -
Protective effects of nanostructures of hydrated C60 fullerene on reproductive function in streptozotocin-diabetic male rats
