Hz. Peygamber’in (S) Kriz Yönetim Anlayışı

Abstract

ÖZET: Krizler, birey ve toplumların düzenini tehdit eden, belirsizlik ve risk içeren olağan dışı durumlardır. Siyasi, askerî, sosyal ve ekonomik alanlarda ortaya çıkabilen krizlerin etkili biçimde yönetilmesi; önceden tedbir alınmasını, kriz sırasında doğru ve zamanında karar verilmesini ve kriz sonrasında gerekli değerlendirme ve düzenlemelerin yapılmasını gerektirmektedir. Hz. Peygamber’in (s) hayatı incelendiğinde, farklı nitelikteki krizlerle karşılaştığı ve bunları yönetirken belirli ilke ve yöntemleri esas aldığı görülmektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, Hz. Peygamber’in kriz yönetim anlayışını temel ilkeler, kriz aşamaları ve yönetsel boyutları bakımından ortaya koymaktır. Bu doğrultuda kriz, yönetim ve kriz yönetimi kavramları ele alınmakta; tesebbüt, istişare, sabır, kararlılık, cesaret, merhamet, yardımlaşma, dua ve değerlendirme gibi temel ilkeler incelenmektedir. Uygulama bölümünde siyasî, askerî, sosyal ve ekonomik krizlere ilişkin tarihî örnekler kriz öncesi, kriz esnası ve kriz sonrası aşamalar çerçevesinde analiz edilmektedir. Farklı kriz örneklerinin ortak bir kavramsal çerçevede değerlendirilmesiyle Hz. Peygamber’in kriz yönetim anlayışının temel unsurları belirlenmekte ve bütüncül bir nebevî kriz yönetimi modeli ortaya konulmaktadır.

ABSTRACT: Crises are extraordinary situations that threaten the stability of individuals and societies and involve uncertainty and risk. The effective management of crises that may arise in political, military, social, and economic contexts requires taking preventive measures in advance, making appropriate and timely decisions during the crisis, and undertaking the necessary evaluations and adjustments in its aftermath. An examination of the life of the Prophet Muhammad reveals that he encountered crises of various kinds and adopted specific principles and methods in managing them. The aim of this study is to examine the Prophet’s approach to crisis management in terms of its fundamental principles, stages of crisis management, and managerial dimensions. Accordingly, the concepts of crisis, management, and crisis management are examined, along with key principles such as tasabbût, consultation, patience, determination, courage, compassion, mutual assistance, supplication, and evaluation. In the practical section, historical examples of political, military, social, and economic crises are analyzed within the framework of the pre-crisis, crisis, and post-crisis stages. By evaluating different crisis cases within a common conceptual framework, the study identifies the fundamental elements of the Prophet’s approach to crisis management and proposes a comprehensive Prophetic model of crisis management.
