Muheddidâtu’l-İktisâd Fi’l-Fıkhi’l-İslamî

Abstract

ÖZET: Bu tez önemli yerleşik bazı kavramların tanımı hakkındadır. Tezde bu kavramların incelenmesi ile birlikte bu geniş alanda Kuran’ın öngördüğü ekonomik düzeni tehdit eden unsurlara cevap verilmektedir. Bu çalışma Önsöz, Giriş, Üç bölüm ve Sonuç kısımlarından oluşmaktadır. Giriş bölümünde tezin başlığında yer almakta olan tehdit, iktisat ve Fıkıh gibi temel kavramların tanımlarına yer verilmektedir. Birinci bölümde günümüz dünyasının önemli ekonomi sistemleri olan kapitalizm, komünizm ve İslami ekonomi sisteme dair bilgi verilmekte; söz konusu ekonomi sistemlerinin temel özelliklerine dair açıklamalar yer almaktadır. Bu sistemler arasında İslam ekonomi sisteminin en önemlisi olduğu ortaya çıkmaktadır. Çünkü İslam şeriatına dayanan hâkim değerler bu istemde ortaya çıkmıştır. İkinci bölümde Kuran-ı Kerim’de yer verilen ekonomik istikrarı açık olarak tehdit edici faiz (ribâ), israf (tebzîr) ve tekelcilik (ihtikâr) gibi kavramlar incelenmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde Kuran-ı Kerim’de yer verilen ekonomik istikrarı zımnen tehdit edici yolsuzluk ve rüşvet ile birlikte geçersiz (fâsid) ekonomik işlemler ve bu işlemlerin ekonomiye etkisinin açıklaması gibi konulara yer verilmiştir. Sonuç bölümü ise tezde yer verilen konuların incelenmesi ile ortaya çıkan en önemli neticeleri kapsamaktadır.

ABSTRACT: This letter is an introduction to some important terms that are strong, and an attempt to look out for and roam its width area, which enables the threats to the stability of the economy. This letter consists of an introduction, preliminary, three chapters and a conclusion. The researcher tried through this message subjects to talk about boot message address vocabulary definition, namely the threat, and stability, and the economy, and the Koran. I spoke at the first chapter of most economic systems in the world today: capitalism, socialism, and Islamic, having the characteristics of economic systems listed there. The most important systems is the system of Islamic economy, because it contained the dominant values are derived from the Islamic law (Shariah) on this system. And I spoke in the second chapter on the threats to the stability of the economy contained in the Koran explicitly: usury, and profligate, wasteful, and monopoly. In the third chapter, I spoke about the threats to the stability of the economy contained in the Qur'an implies, as a corrupt financial transactions and a statement of its impact on the economy, with administrative corruption and bribery. And stated in conclusion, the abstract, and includes the most important conclusion from what stated during the message subjects.
