829 Numaralı Erzurum Ayniyat Defterinin Transkripsiyon ve Değerlendirmesi(H.2 Muharrem 1283-17 Safer 1295, M. 17 Mayıs 1866-20 Şubat 1878)

Abstract

ÖZET: Osmanlı Devletinde kendinden önceki devletlerden aldığı birikimle gelen sistemli bir defter tutma geleneği vardı. Bu bilgi birikiminin tezahürü olarak milli hafıza sayılan arşivlerimiz kurulmuştur. Osmanlı Arşivinde yer alan defter serilerinden biride ayniyat defterleri olmuştur. Bu Çalışmada 829 Numaralı Erzurum Ayniyat Defterinin transkripsiyon ve değerlendirmesi yapılmıştır. 1866-1878 yılları arasını kapsayan bu defter ekonomik, sosyal, siyasi ve hukuki birçok konuya yer vermesi bakımından çok geniş bir yelpazeye sahiptir. Çalışmaya esas teşkil eden defterde Erzurum vilayeti ve vilayet dâhilinde bulunan birçok şehir hakkında da kıymetli bilgiler verilmesi şehir tarihçiliğimize ışık tutması açısından önem arz etmektedir.

ABSTRACT: There was a systematic tradition of recordkeeping in Ottoman Empire which was founded by the accumulation of the former states. As an outbreak of this knowledge accumulation, our archives founded which are known as national memory. The Ayniyat register is one of book series which were present in Ottoman Archive. In this study, the transcription and evaluation of 829 numbered Erzurum Ayniyat register is carried out. This book, which covers the years of 1866-1878, has a wide range in terms of including many topics such as social, political and legal. In the book which creates the basic of the study, there are a lot of precious information regarding Erzurum province and cities within Erzurum province which sets light to our urban history becomes more of an issue.
