Birinci Dünya Savaşında Çapakçur Cephesi 1915-1916

Abstract

ÖZET: Birinci Dünya Savaşında cephe ve gerisinde çok önemli hadiselerin yaşandığı en önemli cephelerden biri de şüphesiz Kafkas Cephesidir. Zira bu cephede yaşanan hadiseler ile bölge tümüyle savaş alanı olmuştur. Yine bu cephede özellikle 1915-1916 yılları arasında Çapakçur hattında nizami birlikler yanında oluşturulan İhtiyat Süvari Alayları ve Gönüllü Müfrezelerin faaliyetleri değerlendirilmiştir. Bu çalışmada özellikle arşiv belgeleri, tetkik eserler, sempozyum bildirileri ve makalelerden faydalanılmıştır. Yine bu kaynaklar çok titiz bir şekilde incelenerek karşılaştırma yapılarak objektif bir şekilde değerlendirilmiştir.

ABSTRACT: One of the most important fronts in the First World War, where the front and back of the most important events took place, is undoubtedly the Caucasian Front. Because with the events on this front, the region became a war zone. Again on this front, especially the activities of the Provincial Cavalry Regiments and Volunteer Detachments formed alongside the regular troops on the Çapakçur line between 1915-1916 were evaluated. In this study, especially archival documents, survey works, symposium papers and articles were utilized. Again, these sources were examined objectively by making a very rigorous examination and comparison.
