Bingöl İlindeki Bazı Sulak Alanların Hirudinea (Annelida) Faunasının Tespiti

Abstract

ÖZET: Bu çalışma Bingöl ilindeki bazı sulak alanların Hirudinea faunasını belirlemek amacıyla, 2017 ve 2018 yıllarında iki yıllık arazi çalışması ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Çalışma toplam 13 istasyonda yürütülmüştür. 2017 yılı yaz dönemi Haziran ayında ilk örnekleme çalışmalarına başlanmıştır. İstasyonlara ait su parametreleri yerinde ölçülerek kaydedilmiştir. Genellikle çalışma istasyonlarına her ayın ikinci haftası içerisinde gidilerek örnekler alınmaya çalışılmıştır. Çalışma alanıyla ilgili bazı bilgiler ve toplanan sülük örnekleri istasyonlara göre familya, cins, tür, düzeyinde teşhisleri yapılmıştır. Çalışma sürecinde dört familyada altı cinse ait sekiz tür kaydedilmiştir. Bunlar Hirudo verbana Carena, 1820, Glossiphonia complanata (L. 1758), Theromyzon tessulatum (O. F. Müller, 1774), Placopdella ornata (Verrill, 1872), Placopdella costata (Fr. Müller, 1846), Erpobdella octoculata (Linnaeus, 1758), Erpobdella testacea (Savigny, 1820), Piscicola geometra (Linnaeus,1761) türleri olmaktadır. Toplanan örnekler Bingöl Üniversitesi Biyoloji Bölümü Zooloji Laboratuvarına canlı olarak getirilip oda sıcaklığı koşullarında canlı olarak muhafaza edilmiştir. Sülük örneklerinin teşhisi canlı örnekler üzerinden yapılmıştır.

ABSTRACT: This study was carried out in 2017 and 2018 with a two-year field study to determine the Hirudinea fauna of some wetlands in Bingol province. The investigation was conducted on a total of 13 stations. Starting time to Project study in the summer of 2017, the first sampling studies were started in June. The water parameters of the stations were measured on site and recorded. In general, work stations were visited within the second week of each month and samples were taken. Some information about the study area and collected leech samples according to the stations, and the samples specimens have been diagnosed in level of family, genus, and species. During the study, from four families, six genera and eight species were recorded. These are; Hirudo verbana Carena, 1820, Glossiphonia complanata (L. 1758), Theromyzon tessulatum (O. F. Müller, 1774), Placopdella ornata (Verril, 1872), Placopdella costata (Fr. Müller, 1846), Erpobdella octoculata (Linnaeus, 1758), Erpobdella testacea (Savigny, 1820), Piscicola geometra (Linnaeus,1761) species were recorded. The collected samples were brought to the Zoology Laboratory of Bingol University Biology Department alive and kept alive under room temperature conditions. The diagnosis of leech samples was made through the living samples.
