Bingöl Merkez İlçe ve Köylerinde Yetişen Dut Genotiplerinin Seleksiyonu Üzerine Araştırmalar

Abstract

ÖZET: Bu araştırma, Bingöl Merkez ilçe ve bağlı köylerinde yetişen dut ağaçlarının bazı meyve özelliklerini belirlemek üzere yürütülmüştür. Çalışmanın ilk yılında popülasyonda seleksiyon kriterleri göz önünde bulundurularak 81 ağaçtan meyve örnekleri alınmış, pomolojik ve morfolojik özellikleri analiz edilerek ümitvar 17 tip seçilmiştir. Seçilen bu tiplerden tekrar meyve örnekleri alınarak analiz edilmiştir. İki yılın verilerinin ortalaması alınarak birlikte değerlendirilmiştir. İncelemeler sonunda, ümitvar tiplerde ortalama meyve ağırlığı 3,55 g (12 BNG 31) ile 2,3 g (12 BNG 46, 12 BNG 54), meyve boyu 27,3 mm (12 BNG 31) ile 21,4 mm (12 BNG 79), meyve çapları 17,2 mm (12 BNG 80) ile 13,1 mm (12 BNG 46) arasında değiştiği tespit edilmiştir. Seçilen tiplerde SÇKM 2,3 (12 BNG 46) ile 13,25 (12 BNG 61), pH 4,3 (12 BNG 80) ile 6,30 (12 BNG 54) olurken TEA %1,1 (12 BNG 79) ile %7,05 (12 BNG 80) arasında olduğu ölçülmüştür. Seçilen tiplerin 12'si beyaz, 3'ü kara ve 2'si ise mor dutlardan olmuştur. Bu tiplerin 8 adedi sofralık olarak taze tüketime, 3 adedi kurutmalık ve 6 'si ise şıralık olarak kullanıma uygun olduğu anlaşılmıştır.

ABSTRACT: This research was conducted to determine some fruit characteristics of mulberry trees grown in Bingol province central district and its affiliated villages. In the first year of the study, considering the selection criteria in the population, fruit samples were taken from 81 trees, and 17 promising species were selected by analyzing their pomological and morphological characteristics. Fruit samples were taken from these selected types and analyzed. The average of the two years data was evaluated together. At the end of the studies, the average fruit weight of the promising types is between 3.55 g (12 BNG 31) and 2.3 g (12BNG46, 12BNG54), fruit size between 27.3 mm (12BNG31) and 21.4 mm (12 BNG 79), fruit diameters between 17.2 mm (12 BNG 80) and 13.1 mm (12 BNG 46) It has been determined that it has changed. In the selected types, SÇKM was measured to be between 2.3 (12 BNG 46) and 13.25 (12 BNG 61), pH 4.3 (12 BNG 80) and 6.30 (12 BNG 54), while TEA was measured to be between 1.1% (12 BNG 79) and 7.05% (12 BNG 80). 12 of the selected types were white, 3 were black and 2 were purple. It has been found that 8 of these types are suitable for fresh consumption as table, 3 for drying and 6 for fruit juice.
