Abstract

ÖZET: Bu çalışmada Ebû İdris Hüsamettin bin Ali El-Bitlisi'nin (ö.900) Câmi'u't-tenzîl ve't-te'vîl adlı eseri, Mücadele suresinden Tahrim suresinin sonuna kadar tahkik edilmiştir. Çalışmamız özetle şunlardan oluşmaktadır; Önsöz: Konuyu seçme nedenleri, önemini, araştırma planını, zorluklarını ve araştırmadaki metodolojiden bahsettim. Giriş: Kur'an'ın konumunu ve büyük alimlerin ona verdikleri önemi belirttim. Bölüm I: Yazarın hayatını ve yaşadığı çağı yazdım. Bölüm II: yazarın kaynaklarını ve metodolojisinden bahsettim. Bölüm III: söz konusu eserin mevcut yazma nushalarını beyan ederek onlardan ve tahkikte esas aldığımız nushadan birer örnek sundum. ABSTRACT: This letter contains the acheivement of the part that has been allocated to me by the university from the book (Jameh Al Tanzeel & Taaweel) of Abu Idris Hossam al-Din bin Ali al-Badlisi, who died in 900 AH from the beginning of (Surat al-Majadilah) to the end of (Surat Al-Tahreem). This letter summarizes the following: preface: I have mentioned the reasons for choosing the subject and its importance, the research plan, its difficulties, and my methodology in the investigation. Introduction: I have made clear the status of the Holy Quran, and the care of respected scholars to it. Chapter I: I have translated the author, and the era in which he lived. Chapter II: I have defined the book, the sources and methodology of the author. Chapter III: I have made clear of the existing copies of the manuscript, and presented samples of those copies, and the verified text. Conclusion: it conains the presentation of the most important findings of this investigation, then the sources and references index.
