Şehâbeddin el-Karâfî’nin el-Furûk isimli eseri bağlamında tasavvufi kaidelerin fıkhi boyutu

Abstract

ÖZET Tezimizde, Şehâbeddin Karâfî’nin, Furûk adlı eseri, Furûk adlı eserdeki tasavvufi konuların fıkhı boyutu ve analizinin yapıldığı bölümün daha iyi anlaşılması için çalışılmıştır. Günümüzdeki benzer konulara ışık tutulması, yeri geldiğinde çözüm bulunmasına yardımcı olması amaçlanmıştır. Bunlarla beraber fıkıh ve tasavvuf arasındaki ilişki ve bağlantıların daha iyi anlaşılması için gayret gösterilmiştir. Bu sayede tasavvuf, ahlak ve fıkıh meselelerinin tatbikinin doğru ve kolay olmasına yardımcı olması için gayret gösterilmiştir. Çalışmamız Envârü’l-burûḳ fî envâʾi’l-furûḳ isimli eserin dördüncü bölümündeki maddeler halinde yer alan “farklar” diye adlandırılan başlıklarda işlenen konulardan olmuştur. Maddeler halindeki farklar dil yönünden titizlikle incelenip tercüme edilmiştir. Sonrasında ‘Fark’lardaki konular tek tek ele alınmış, gerek Karâfî’nin görüşleri olsun gerek eserdeki atıf yapılan kişilerin görüşleri olsun fıkhî açıdan tek tek incelenmiştir. Karâfî yer yer kendi görüşlerini sunmuş ve yer yer de atıflar yaparak sunduğu görüşlerden birine uyduğunu veya bu görüşlerden uygun ya da uyulabilir olanları bizlere sunmuştur. Çalışmamızda tasavvufi konuların fıkhî boyutunun olduğunu hatta durum, şart, konum ve kişiye göre hükmünün de değişebildiği tespit edilmiştir.

ABSTRACT In this thesis, it is aimed to recognize the work of Shihab al-Din al-Qarafi especially his work called el-Furûk, as well as other Works, to better understand the chapter in which the jurisprudense and analysi of the mystical issues in the work, and to shed light on similar issues today and help find solutions when apprapriate.In addition to these, İt is intended to better understand the relationship and connections between fiqh and mysticism and thus to prevent misunderstandings. In this way, it has been studied to help the practiseof sufism, morality and fiqh issues be correct and easy. Our study was based on the titles called differeces in the fourth part of the work called Envârü’l-burûḳ fî envâʾi’l-furûḳ. The differences were carefully studied in terms of language and then translated.Afterwords the subjects in the differences were discussed one by one and the opinions of Qarafi himself, as well as the opinions of people cited in the work, were examined one by one in terms of jurishprudence.Qarafi sometimes presents her own views, and sometimes she makes references to one of the views she has presented, or offers us the appropriate or applicable ones.As a result, we have seen in our study that mystical issues have a fiqh dimension, and that their judgement can change according to the situation, condition, position and person. However, we have better understood that there ara legal aspects and frameworks in mysticalmoral issues.
