SALGIN HASTALIKLAR DÖNEMİNDE CEMAATLE YAPILAN İBADETLERİN İCRASI

Abstract

ÖZET Tarihin her döneminde insanlar, bölgesel veya kitlesel salgın hastalıklara maruz kalmış ve çoğu zaman ağır bedeller ödemiştir. Tez çalışmamızın konusu, genelde salgın hastalıklar, özelde ise Aralık 2019 yılında Çin’in Vuhan kentinde ortaya çıkıp kısa zamanda tüm dünyayı etkisi altına alarak pandemiye dönüşen ve milyonlarca kişinin ölümüne neden olan koronavirüsün sebep olduğu Covid-19 hastalığı döneminde cemaatle yapılan ibadetlerin icrası üzerinedir. Dünyada karşılaşılan afet, salgın hastalık vb. tüm musibetlerin kaynağı, evrenin kusursuz işleyişi için Allah’ın evrene koymuş olduğu fiziksel, biyolojik ve toplumsal yasaları insanların kendi elleriyle maddeten ve manen ihlal ederek bozmalarıdır. Yüce Allah tarafından yeryüzüne halife olarak gönderilen insan, her daim kulluk ve yaratılış gayesinin farkında olmalı ve bu bilinç ile hareket etmelidir. Dinlerin temel gayesi, insanların dünya ve ahiret hayatında mutlu ve sağlıklı yaşamalarını sağlamaktır. Tüm ilahi ve beşeri dinlerin temelinde insana ve insan hayatı ile onuruna saygı esastır. İnsan hayatını koruma, dinlerin korunmasını istediği temel zaruretlerin en başında gelmektedir. İslâm dininde bazı ibadetlerin ifası/edası cemaatin varlığına bağlanmıştır. Salgın hastalıklar döneminde Müslümanlar, bazı ibadetleri birlikte ifa etmekten kısmen veya tamamen mahrum kalmıştır. Covid-19 salgınının başlarında toplu ibadet mekânları olan camiler, salgının bulaşma hızını kesmek için Cuma ve Teravih namazları gibi bazı ibadetler için kısmen kapatılmıştır. Bu durum pek çok psikolojik sorunlara yol açmıştır. Salgın hastalıklar döneminde cemaatle yapılacak ibadet ve törenlere katılacak bireylerin, hastalığın yayılmaması ve başkalarına bulaşmaması için üzerine düşen kişisel tüm önlemleri azami derecede alması, ayrıca yetkili makamlar ve kamu otoritesince de salgının en kısa zamanda sona ermesi için alınmış ve konulmuş olan önleyici tüm tedbirlere uymaları zorunluluk arz etmektedir. Salgın hastalık sürecinde insanlar, kul ve kamu hakkına her zamankinden daha fazla hassasiyet göstererek hareket etmeli ve salgın hastalıklar karşısında gerçek bir tevekkül örneği sergileyerek sabır ve dua ile illetin def’i için Yüce Mevlâ’ya niyazda bulunmalıdır.

ABSTRACT In every period of history, people have been exposed to regional or mass epidemics and have often paid a heavy price. The subject of this thesis is the epidemic diseases in general, the corona virus that emerged in Wuhan, China in December 2019, affected the whole world, turned into a pandemic and caused the death of millions of people, on the performance of prayers. The source of all calamities, such as natural disasters, epidemics, etc., encountered in the life of this world, is the destruction of the physical, biological and social laws that Allah has placed in the universe for the flawless functioning of the universe, by violating them with their own hands. The human being, who was sent to earth by Almighty Allah as the caliph and architect, should always be aware of the purpose of his servitude and creation and act with this awareness. The main purpose of religions is to ensure that people live happy, peaceful and healthy lives in this world and in the hereafter. Respect for human and human life and dignity is fundamental to all divine and human religions. Protecting human life is one of the basic necessities that religions want to be protected. In the religion of Islam, the performance of some worships is linked to the existence of the community. During the epidemic, Muslims were away from performing some prayers together, and mosques, which were places of collective worship at the beginning of the Covid-19 epidemic, were partially closed for some prayers such as Friday and Tarawih prayers in order to reduce the spread of the epidemic. This situation has caused deep sadness and sadness in sensitive, naive, believing hearts. It is obligatory for individuals who will attend prayers and ceremonies to be held in congregation during epidemics, to take all personal measures to prevent the spread of the disease and not to infect others, and to strictly comply with all preventive measures taken and put in place by the competent authorities and public authority to end the epidemic. During the epidemic, people should act more sensitively to the rights of the servant and public than ever before, they should pray to the Almighty God for the cure of the disease with patience and prayer.
