15 Temmuz Askeri Darbesine Karşı Demokrasi Nöbetleri: Bingöl Örneği (Democracy Guard Duty Against July 15 Military Coup D’etat: Bingöl City Example).

Abstract

Darbeler, demokratik gelişimin kesintiye uğramasına ve siyasal katılım ile örgütlenmenin sınırlandırılmasına yol açmaktadır. Darbe dönemleri sonrasında oluşan güdümlü demokratik politik ortamların var ettiği korku toplumu, başta siyasal partilerin iktidar alanlarını vesayet odakları lehine daraltmıştır. FETO darbe girişimine karşı demokrasi nöbetleri tüm yurt sathında coşkuyla sürdürülmüştür. Bunlardan birisi de demokrasinin kalelerinden birisi olan Bingöl ilidir. Bingöl ili her zamanki dik duruşunu ve duyarlılığını 15 Temmuz FETO darbesine karşı da göstermiştir. PTT kavşağında devam eden demokrasi nöbetine çok geniş bir katılım olmuştur. Oyleki, gün doğumuna kadar birçok vatandaşımız nöbet yerini terk etmemiştir. Kalkınma Bakanı, yardımcıları, milletvekilleri, vali, Emniyet Müdürü, Beled iye Başkanı, siyasi parti temsilcileri, STK temsilcileri, çok sayıda vatandaş katılmıştır. PTT Kavşağı’nda kurulan platformda toplananlara seslenen konuşmacılar, “Bu hainlerin yapmış olduğu darbe girişimini, bu hainliği, bu şerefsizliği lanetliyoruz, şiddetle kınıyoruz. Tarihte pek çok darbe girişiminde bulunuldu, pek çok darbeler yapıldı ama hiçbir tanesi 15 Temmuz’daki kadar haince değildi. Milletin iradesine yapıldı, meclisimiz bombalandı, halkımız tarandı. Dolayısıyla bu alçaklık tarihte hiçbir zaman görülmemiştir…” demişlerdir. Bu bildiride, 15 Temmuz FETO darbesine karşı demokrasi nöbetlerinin Bingöl’deki yansımaları ele alınmıştır. Bu bağlamda, literatür taraması yapılmıştır. Abstract: The military coup d’état causes the interruption of democratic development and the limitation of organization with political participation. The fear society, which is created by the guided democratic political environments that occurred after the coup periods, has narrowed the power areas of the political parties in favor of tutelage. The democracy guard duties against FETO coup attempt were carried out enthusiastically all over the country. One of them is Bingöl that is the stronghold of Democracy. Bingöl city proved its upright position and sensitivity against the July 15th FETO coup d’état. There has been a wide participation in the ongoing democracy demonstration at the PTT junction. In addition to that, most of Bingöl citizens did not leave the guarding zone until the sunrise. Minister of Development, his deputies, members of parliament, the governor, the commissioner of police, the mayor, political party representatives, NGO representatives and a large number of citizens participated to the demonstrations in the square. Speakers, who were giving a speech one by one to the gathered people at the PTT junction, said; “We are strongly condemning and reprobating this coup attempt, which was started by betrayers, this treachery, and this dishonesty. There have been many coup attempts in the history, there have been many coups but none of them was as treacherous as July 15. It was done to the will of the nation, our assembly was bombed, and our people were raked. Such dishonor has never been seen in the history…” The reflections of the democracy guard duty against July 15 FETO coup d’état in Bingöl are addressed in this report. The literature search is also conducted in this context.
