El-Mesailu’n-Nahviyye fî Tefsîri İbn Cüzey el- Endelüsi, (İbnu Cüzey el-Endelüsi’nin Tefsirindeki Nahiv konuları ile ilgili Görüşleri) TAHA, Dilşad Kadir ÖZET: El-Mesailu’n-Nahviyye fî Tefsîri İbn Cüzey el-Endelüsi, (İbnu Cüzey el-Endelüsi’nin Tefsirindeki Nahiv konuları ile ilgili Görüşleri) adlı konuyu seçme sebebimizi, önemini ve karşılaştığımız zorlukları ve geçmiş çalışmalara değindik. Musannifin hayatı, yetiştiği bölge, araştırma konusu olan tefsiri, onun metodu, nahiv kaynakları ve ölçüleri hakkındaki konulara yer verdik. Ayrıca tefsirdeki gramer konularından merfularadan olan fail ile naibi fail, mebteda ile haber ve nâsihlere yer verdik. Mensuplardan hal, istisna, temyiz, mef’ullar ve nidaya yer verdik. Mecrurlardan ise izafet, muzafın hazfedilmesi, muzafun ileyhi muzaftan ayrı olması, mecrura atfedilmesi ve harflerin manalarındın bahsedilmiştir. Ayrı isim cümlesi, fiil cümlesi ve şibhi cümlenin yanı sıra hazf etme ve manayı anlam ve lafza yükleme hakkında bahsedilmiştir. Hatimede araştırmada elde ettiğimiz önemli sonuç ve önerileri belittik.; ABSTRACT: The research started with the introduction, and the research er mentioned the reason why he chose the subject, the important of the research, the difficulties which he faced, and the recent studies. The research divided into three chapters. The first chapter titled with (Ibn Jazzi and its impact) .The author (Ibn Jezi) talked about two subjects, the first is his biography and his growing, the second one is about his explanation boobk: the methology, grammatical sources and the features. The second chapter is titled with (the grammatical researches) which come in the explanation, and this chapter divided into three researchers . The first one is Al Msrfooh (المرفوعددات) the subject and the complement, an initiative noun plus an initiative adjective and exchange the movement of signs The second research is Al Mansobat (adverbs,(المنصدوبات) are five: (Exceptional , distinguishes, objectives and Al Nidaa) additional, (The third one is Al Majrorat المجدرورات) are five: (An delete the addition, separate between the addition and its complement, Al Matoof on Al Majroor and the letters of the meaning) The third chapter contains two researchers. The Role of Time Management in The Implementation Of Engineering Project Management (Case Study in The Erbil/Iraq) AZEEZ, Zandi Jabbar ABSTRACT: This study aimed to determine the effects of project management on time management. To achieve this goal, the target population of the study is 90 randomly selected engineering workers suitable for analysis. We tried to determine the relationship and influence of time management on the effectiveness of the project. We then used SPSS to analyze the results of the survey and to conduct a survey to gather information and data to address the issue. Like the main message. We will also try to determine the following topics: • Determine the nature of time management and its relation to management activities. • Identify the project process, in cluding the engineering contract. • It is the way to define time management in the project. The most important results of the study can be explained as follows: 1 Time is best when successful plans are out, management is always on time every day. This mea ns that every hour of the day we plan is to be used according to the program the instructor has prepared to fulfill all the work we need most efficiently. 2. Bu hedefe ulaşmak için, çalışmanın hedef popülasyonu analiz için uygun olan rasgele seçilmiş 90 mühendislik işçisidir. Zaman yönetiminin projenin etkinliği üzerindeki ilişkisini ve etkisini tespit etmeye çalıştık. Daha sonra SPSS kullanarak anketin sonuçlarını analiz edi p ve konuyu ele almak için bilgi ve veri toplamak üzere anket uyguladık. Muheddidâtu’l-İktisâd Fi’l-Fıkhi’l-İslamî ALİ, Farhang Mohammed ÖZET: Bu tez önemli yerleşik bazı kavramların tanımı hakkındadır. Tezde bu kavramların incelenmesi ile birlikte bu geniş alanda Kuran’ın öngördüğü ekonomik düzeni tehdit eden unsurlara cevap verilmektedir. Bu çalışma Önsöz, Giriş, Üç bölüm ve Sonuç kısımlarından oluşmaktadır. Giriş bölümünde tezin başlığında yer almakta olan tehdit, iktisat ve Fıkıh gibi temel kavramların tanımlarına yer verilmektedir. Birinci bölümde günümüz dünyasının önemli ekonomi sistemleri olan kapitalizm, komünizm ve İslami ekonomi sisteme dair bilgi verilmekte; söz konusu ekonomi sistemlerinin temel özelliklerine dair açıklamalar yer almaktadır. Bu sistemler arasında İslam ekonomi sisteminin en önemlisi olduğu ortaya çıkmaktadır. Çünkü İslam şeriatına dayanan hâkim değerler bu istemde ortaya çıkmıştır. İkinci bölümde Kuran-ı Kerim’de yer verilen ekonomik istikrarı açık olarak tehdit edici faiz (ribâ), israf (tebzîr) ve tekelcilik (ihtikâr) gibi kavramlar incelenmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde Kuran-ı Kerim’de yer verilen ekonomik istikrarı zımnen tehdit edici yolsuzluk ve rüşvet ile birlikte geçersiz (fâsid) ekonomik işlemler ve bu işlemlerin ekonomiye etkisinin açıklaması gibi konulara yer verilmiştir. This letter consists of an introduction, preliminary, three chapters and a conclusion. Bişâr El-Huri’nin Şiirinde Sembolik Anlatım LAK, Razaw Abdulrahman Sadeq ملخص البحث: يعد هذا البحث المتواضع محاولة لكشف البناء الصوري في شعر بشارة الخوري والتطبيق على نماذج مختلفة من شعره ، لبيان طبيعة الصورة وأنواعها وخصائصها . نلحظ أن العرب ربطوا بين الشعر والصورة في نتاج الشعر العربي ، وحاولوا تتبع أثر الصورة في الشعر ، وتطورت هذه الآ ا رء النقدية عن طريق ق ا رءة الشعر العربي القديم حتى عد الشعر العربي قائما على الصورة ، لكن بعد اطلاع العرب على الثقافات الأجنبية والتأثر بها اضافت هذه المعارف الجديدة أ ا رء نقدية عكست توجهات جديدة في الشعر والأدب ، إذ نشأ جيل من الأدباء والشع ا رء العرب في العصر الحديث شربوا الثقافتين العربية والغربية ، واتاح لهم هذا الاطلاع على المزج بين الثقافات بروح شعرية عربية ، فكان الشاعر اللبناني بشارة الخوري أحد هؤلاء الشع ا رء الذين حافظوا على الموروث ، وجددوا فيه ، فضلا عن أن بعض الآ ا رء النقدية جعلت من الشعر العربي الحديث تقليدا ومحاكاة للشعر العربي القديم ا رفضين كل تجديد فيه ، لذلك حاولنا أن نبين قيمة شعر هذه المرحلة وكيفية تعامل الشع ا رء مع الصورة الشعرية . إن الصور الشعرية في شعر بشارة الخوري تمثل بيئة الشاعر ، وفكره ، وثقافته ، والعمق الشعوري الذي انبثق منها ، فتعالقت اللغة مع الفكر لتنتج فنا شعريا معب ا ر عن التأمل في الحياة وايجاد الحلول لها ، ونؤكد على صلة الق ا ربة بين صور بشارة الخوري والصور العربية القديمة الموروثة وهذا يبين حجم التأثر بالموروث ، ونجد أن خصائص الصورة تمثلت في شعره عن طريق توظيفها فنيا ، لتؤدي وظائفها الشعورية والخيالية ، وهذا يؤكد حضور خصائص الصورة الشعرية التي اتهم بها الأدب العربي بأنه لم يعرفها ، فكان توظيف المكان والزمان مرتبط بالمواقف السياسية والاجتماعية لمجتمعه ، بينما ارتبط اللون بالطبيعة التي استوحاها من جمال طبيعة لبنان ، أما الرمز فيعد رم ا ز عربيا في توظيفه له عن طريق استعمال اللغة البلاغية من تشبيه واستعارة وكناية ، التي عدت رمو ا ز اشار بها لقضاياه الخاصة والعامة ، إذ ظهر الرمز في شعر بشارة الخوري عندما كان يتخفى و ا رءه من السلطة وبطشها ، إذ تناولت الباحثة كل ما يتعلق بقضايا الصورة الشعرية من مصادرها ، وأنواعها ، وخصائصها ، وكيف ظهرت في شعر بشارة الخوري ، لتؤكد عمق الفن الشعري عنده ، وجمال صوره ، وقربها من الموروث العربي ، .وبيئة الشاعر ومشكلات بلده ومجتمعه; ÖZET: Bu çalışma, Beşâr el-Hûri’nin şiirlerinin sembolize yönünü, şiirde kullanılan sembollerin özelliklerini ve çeşitlerini, uygulamalı örnekler ışığında açıklamaya yönelik bir çalışmadır. Öteden beri bakıldığında Arapların şiir ile sembolik imgeler arasında çok sıkı bir ilişki kurdukları görülür. Bu nedenle de imgelerin şiirdeki etkisi araştırılmıştır. Yapılan edebi eleştiriler klasik dönem şiir okumaları üzerinden yapılmış neredeyse klasik dönem Arap şiiri, semboller üzerine kurulu edebi metinlerden sayılmıştır. Ancak özellikle Arapların yabancı kültürlerle tanışması ve onlardan etkilenmesi neticesinde öne sürülen bu edebi tenkitler, Arap şiirinin farklı boyutlarını da yansıtır hale gelmiştir. Zira Arap dünyasında hem Arap hem de batı kültürlerinden beslenmiş ve iki kültürü içselleştirmiş yeni bir nesil doğmuştu. Bu da onlara farklı kültürleri Arap şiiri ruhu ile kaynaştırma imkanı vermişti. Her ne kadar bazı kişiler tarafından klasik dönem Arap şiirinin korunması adına modern Arap şiiri bir asimilasyon ve tahribat olarak görülüp her türlü yeniliğe karşı çıkılsa da Lübnan’lı şair Beşşâr el-Hûrî, yeni dönemde dahi klasik Arap şiir mirasını sahiplenen ve ona yenilikler katan şairlerden biridir. Çalışmamızda Arap şiirinin modernleşme dönemi şiirlerinin sanatsal değerini ve şairlerin yeni tarz şiire olan yaklaşımlarını açıklama çabasına girdik. Beşâr el-Hûrî’nin şiirleri ekseninde şiirin sembol boyutuna dair yapılan araştırmalar neticesinde şairin şiirinde mevcut olan sembol boyutun aslında şairin düşüncelerini, kültürünü, şiir alanındaki derin vukufiyetinin yanı sıra yaşadığı dönemin ve kültürün izlerini taşıdığı ve o dönemin yansıması olduğu görülmüştür. Şiirlerinde dil ile akıl hayatın anlamlandırılması ve düşünülmesi amacıyla iç içe geçirilmiştir. Miras olarak devraldığı klasik dönem şiirin etkisinin boyutunu gösterir şekilde Beşâr el-Hûri’nin şiirleri ile klasik dönem şiir arasında güçlü bir bağ ve sanatsal kullanımın tüm boyutlarını görmek mümkündür. Şair şiirinde imgelerin sanatsal ve duygusal anlamda işlevini yerine getirecek şekilde kullanıldığı da görülmektedir. Bu da Arap edebiyatının yoksunluğuyla itham edildiği sembolün şiirsel özelliğinin varlığı tezini doğruluyor. Zaman ve mekân kullanımı toplumun siyasi ve sosyal konumlarıyla ilintiliydi. Örneğin Lübnan’ın doğal güzelliğini renkler ile sembolize ederdi. Ayrıca şairin yönetimin baskısından korunmak ve öfkelerini üstüne çekmemek amacıyla sığındığı bir ifade yöntemiydi. Bu sembolleştirme ise özel bireysel veya toplumsal olayları ifade etmek amacıyla kullandığı teşbih, istiare ve kinaye olgularının kullanımı açısından Arap geleneğinden beslenmiştir. Araştırmada Arap şiirindeki sembolik imgelerim kaynağı, çeşitleri, özellikleri ve Beşâr el-Hûri’nin şiirindeki yansımaları incelenmiş, sonuç olarak Beşâr el-Hûri’nin şiir sanatındaki derinliğini, anlamları sembolize edim biçimi, çevresi, yaşadığı toplumdaki toplumsal sorunları ifade yeteneği ve bu ifadenin klasik şiir ile olan ilintisi ortaya konulmuştur.; ABSTRACT: This modest research is an attempt to reveal the Image Schema in the poetry of Bechara El-Khoury, and its application to various models of his poetry to elucidate the nature, colors, and characteristics of the image schema. We notice that Arabs linked poetry with image schema in the Arabic poetic product, and attempted to trace the impact of the image on poetry. These critical views developed by reading the ancient Arabic poetry that the Arabic poetry was considered to be based on image schema. But after being acquainted with the foreign cultures and influenced by them, this new knowledge added critical views that reflected new trends in poetry and literature. A new generation of scholars and poets arose in the modern era who absorbed the Arabic and Western cultures. This knowledge of the Arabic and Western cultures gave them the ability to blend these two cultures with an Arabic poetic sense; and Bechara El-Khoury was one of these poets who preserved the heritage and renewed it. In addition, some critical views made the modern Arabic poetry an imitation and simulation of the ancient Arabic poetry, refusing any renewal in it. Therefore, we attempted to elucidate the value of poetry in this era, and how poets deal with image schema. As the researcher tracks the image schemata in Bechara El-Khoury’s poetry, she finds that his images represent the environment of the poet, his thoughts, his culture, and the emotional depth it emerged from; therefore, the language correlates with the thought to produce a poetic art that expresses contemplation in life and finding solutions to it. The researcher stresses the relation between the image schemata in Bechara El-Khoury’s poetry and the ancient Arabic inherited images which shows the extent of the influence the heritage has. And we find that the characteristics of the image were represented in his poetry by employing it to perform its emotional and fictional functions. This confirms the presence of the characteristics of the image schema, which Arabic literature was accused of not knowing. The employment of space and time was linked to the political and social attitudes of his society, while this type was related to the nature that was inspired by the beautiful nature of Lebanon. As for the symbol, it is considered an Arabic symbol in its employment of rhetorical language, such as simile, allegory, and metonymy, which were considered symbols by which the poet referred to his personal and public issues. The symbol appeared in Bechara El-Khoury’s poetry as a way to hide from the authority and its oppression. The researcher addressed everything related to the issues of image schema from their sources, types, and characteristics, and how they appeared in the poetry of Bechara El-Khoury; to confirm the depth of his poetic art, the beauty of his images, its proximity to the Arab heritage, the poet's environment, and the problems of his country and societ.
