dc.description.abstract | The essential oil components of aerial parts of Inula macrocephala Boiss. & Kotschy ex Boiss. was investigated by GC and GC-MS. The species is endemic to Turkey. The yield of oil is 0.13 mL/100 g. Thirty five component were identified representing 90.7% oil. Borneol (26.4%), β-caryophyllene (15.3%), p-cymene (10.2%) and bornyl acetate (8.9%) were identified as major components of Inula The Second International Symposium on the Biology of Rare and Endemic Plant Species macrocephala. The chemical distribution of the essential oil compounds in the genus pattern were discussed in means of chemotaxonomy and natural products. | tr_TR |
