Abstract

ÖZET: Araştırmacıların ve okuyucuların kendilerinden istifade edeceği birçok el yazma eser gereken hizmeti alamamaktadır. Hüsameddin Ali b. Abdullah el-Bitlisî (909/1504)’nin Camiu’t-Tenzil ve’t Te’vîl Tefsiri’de bu türden bir eserdir. Yüksek lisans tezi olarak bu tefsirin Tevbe suresinin tahkikini yaptım. Bu çalışmam esnasında bu tewfsirin rivayet, dirayet ve işarî tefsir ekollerini bir arada topladığını gördüm. Tahkik çalışmamı iki bölüme ayırdım: Birinci bölüm: yazarın şahsi ve ilmi hayatıyla beraber bu tefsirin tanıtımını, kaynaklarını, değerlendirilmesini, yazarın metodunu ve bu kitabın el yazma nüshalarının özelliklerini beyan ettim. İkinci bölüm: Nassın tespiti ve tahkikiyle alakalıdır. Bu eserin tahkik edilmesi tefsir ilmi çalışmaları için çok önem arz edecektir. Özellikle nahiv, kıraat, tasavvuf ve astronomi açısından zengin bir eser olan bu tefsir, tefsir, felsefe ve tasavvuf açısından araştırmacılara çalışma alanı sunacaktır.
