Şa'ravî'nin Tefsirinde Kadın

Abstract

ÖZET: Bu araştırma, Şa‘râvî’nin kadın konusuna yaklaşım yöntemini belirlemeye çalışmaktadır. Ayrıca bu araştırma, konulu araştırma yöntemini esas alarak Şa‘râvî tefsirinde kadın olgusunu irdelemektedir. Bu amaçla Şa‘râvî’nin diğer eserleri başta olmak üzere kadın-erkek eşitliliği, kadının çalışması, miras, çok evlilik, örtünme gibi kadınla ilgili mevzuları kapsayan diğer eserlerden yaralanmak suretiyle kadın konusundaki yaklaşımı ortaya konmaya çalışıldı. Bu araştırma neticesinde, Şa‘râvî’nin rivayet ve dirayet metodunu kullanarak kadın cinsi etrafında ortaya atılan iddiaları geçersiz kıldığı görülmektedir. Ayrıca kadın problemlerinin çözümünde Kur’ân-Kerim’in yegâne kaynak olduğunu ortaya koymaktadır.

ABSTRACT: This research attempts to identify the methods of studying women issues in Sahrawi’s intellectual thought. The project depends on the curriculum that is topical analysis. In this regard, the researcher begins studying the women issues in the tafseer of Al-Shahrawi. In his study, the scholar relies on tafseer Al-Shahrawi, his other books, the other tafseer books, the traditions, lingual books, dictionaries, and others that try on solving the women issues. These include: the divorce, the inheritance, the veil, the working of women outside the house, equality, and polygamy. The paper shows that Al-Shahrawi depended on his thought and the other interpretations, from the other tafseers by the earlier scholars concerning the women issues. This work concludes that the curriculum study on the women issues in his tafseer depends on removing the doubts tied to the case. It heavily trusts the Quran as the first resource in relation to reach a solution about the women issues, and with the emphasis on Quranic miracles. Finally, the project avoids the lengthy arguments on the issues about the arguments in Fiqh, and the protection and position of women.
