Abstract

ملخص الرسالة: جاءت هذه الرسالة للمقارنة بين منهجين مختلفين زمناً ومنهج اً في انتقاد صحيح البخاري؛ - - الذي يُعد من أهم مصادر السنة النبوية عند المسلمين، حيث سعيت إلى بيان منهج العلماء المتقدمين والمعاصرين في نقد البخاري؛ الدارقطني من المتقدمين وأبي رية من المعاصرين، وذلك من خلال استخدامي للمنهج الاستثنائي ثم الوصفي والتحليلي. وجاء اختيار مادة الموضوع لما ظهر في عصرنا من شعارات التجديد في الدين وتحرير العقل من التخلف وتهذيبه من الخرافات، وإن كان الاسم مزخرفاً في الظاهر لكن باطنه مُرٌّ لأن أصحاب تلك الدعاوى هدموا جزئاً كبيراً من السنة النبوية تحت مسمى تنقية الدين وتهذيبه على حسب ما يرونه، وممن حمل شعار هؤلاء الأستاذ محمود أبورية؛ فله اليد الطولى في الهجوم على البخاري وانتقاد صحيحه حتى صار ممن يعتمد على قوله عند البعض في هذا الميدان. فالباحث رأى أنه من الضروري ومن واجبات عصرنا الحاضر أن يكتب في بيان منهج كلا المنتقدين)الدارقطني وأبي رية(، مع بيان مآخذ أقوالهم وما لهما وما عليهما في انتقاداتهم التي وجهتها الناقدان إلى الجامع الصحيح ثم المقارنة بينهما في منهج وأهداف ووسائل الانتقاد، والخلوص إلى نتائج علمية تبين منهجيهما لطلاب العلم

ÖZET: Çalışmamız Müslümanlarca Nebevi Sünnetin en önemli kaynaklarından sayılan Sahihu-l Buhari – zaman ve metot bakımından- iki farklı metot açısından karşılaştırmayı konu edinmiştir. Bu konuda geçmiş dönem ve günümüzde İmam Buhari’ye yönelik tenkidler; İstisnai, vaffi ve tahlili yöntemler kullanarak geçmiş dönemlerden İmam Darakutni ve muasırlardan Ebu Reyye’nin Buhari’ye dönük tekid metodları açıklanmaya çalışılmıştır. Konuyu çalışma sebebim, yaşadığımız asırda dinde yenilik, aklı gericilikten kurtararak hurafelerden onu arındırma adına ortaya çıkan fikirlerin tahlilidir. Bu düşüncenin adı güzel ancak içi acıdır. Çünkü bu gibi iddiaların dini arındırma ve düzenleme adına altı sünneti seniye’ye büyük zararları olmuştur. Bunların öncülüğünü yapanlardan Ebu Reyye, İmam Buhari’yi tenkid konusunda bazılarının güven duyduğu kişi olmuştur. İmam Buhari ve sahihi’ne yönelik Darakutni ve Ebu Reyye’nin tenkid metodlarının tesbiti büyük önem arz etmektedir.Araştırmasında her iki eleştirmen alimin el-camius-sahih e yönelik tenkitlerinin leh ve aleyhte mehazlarını açıklamak ve daha sonra ikisi arasında metot, hedef ve tenkit yollarını karşılaştırarak konuya ilmi açıklık getirmek ilmi araştırmamızan ana temasını oluşturmaktadır.

ABSTRACT: This message came to compare two different approaches -Time and Method- in criticism sahih Al-Bukhari . which is one of the most important sources of the prophet's sunnah among muslims , where I sought to explain the approach of advanced scientists and cintemporary in criticism Bukhari, Al_Daraqutni of the applicants and the Abi-Raya of contemporary Throught my use of the mehtod of exceptional and descriptive and analytical. The choice of subject matter for what appeared in our time of the slogans of renewal in religion and freeing the mind from underdevelopment and refinements of myths , Althout the name is decorated in appearance but its interior is bitter because the owner of these suits destroyed alarge part of the Sunnah under the name of purification and refinement if religion according to what thay see , and who carried the logo of these professor Mahmoud Abu-Raya , he has The upper hand in the attack on Al-Bukhari and criticized the right until it became of who depends on his saying by some in this field. The resercher saw that it is necessary and duties of our time to write in a statement the approach of both critics (Al-Daraqutni and Abu-Raya) , with the statement of the failures of their statements and what's for it and what's on it , in ther critics to the Aljami Alsahih and approach and objectives and methods of criticism. And to find scientific result that show their methodology for students of science.
