Dünya Etnospor Konfederasyonu: Geleneksel Sporların Küresel Canlanışı

Abstract

ÖZET: Bu çalışma, 2016 yılında kurulan Dünya Etnospor Konfederasyonunun genel yapısını, çalışmalarını etnospor çeşitlerini ve bu faaliyetlerin gelişimini sağlamak için yapılmıştır. Çalışmada literatür taraması yapılmış ve alan yazılarının derinlemesine analizi yapılmıştır. Bu araştırma, etnosporları ve geçmişte yapılan bedensel faaliyetleri tanıtıp bunları tek çatı altında toplayarak geniş bir ağ yelpazesine sahip olan Dünya Etnospor Konfederasyonu’nun kuruluş amacını, yapısını, teşkilatlanmasını, faaliyette yer alan etnosporları, festivalleri, uluslararası ilişkileri, kurumlar ve paydaşları ile yapılan anlaşmaları incelemektedir. Araştırma sonucunda, konfederasyonun gelişimini destekleyecek, Türkiye ve konfederasyonun tanındığı ülkelerde yapabileceği çalışmalar sıralanmış, özellikle Türkye’de tabana yayılabilecek öneriler sunulmuştur.

ABSTRACT: This study was conducted to examine the general structure, activities, types of ethnosports, and development efforts of the World Ethnosport Confederation, which was established in 2016. The study involved literature review and in-depth analysis of field writings. This research aims to examine the establishment purpose, structure, organization, participating ethnosports, festivals, international relations, and agreements with institutions and stakeholders of the World Ethnosport Confederation, which has a wide network that brings together ethnosports and historical physical activities under a single roof. As a result of the research, potential activities that would support the development of the World Ethnosport Confederation in Turkey and other member countries are listed, with specific recommendations for grassroots expansion in Turkey.
