ÖZET&#13;
Tezimiz Şâfiî mezhebine ait Gâyetü’l-ihtisâr ile el-Yâkutu’n-Nefîs adlı iki eserin muhteva ve üslup açısından mukayesesini konu edinmektedir. Tespit edebildiğimiz kadarıyla her iki eser arasında; yer verilen konular, konuların sıralanışı, izah tarzı vb. hususlarda birtakım farklılıklar bulunmaktadır. şöyle ki: Gâyetü’l-ihtisâr‟da kısa bir eser olması hasebiyle fıkhî konuların detayına yer verilmediği gibi konuların alt başlıklarına da tafsilî olarak değinilmemiş ve fıkhî hükümler mücmel olarak beyan edilmiştir. el-Yâkutu’n-Nefîs‟te ise her konunun başında bahsedilen kavramların sözlük ve terim anlamları verildikten sonra alt&#13;
başlıklar zikredilmektedir. Her konuya ait rükün, şart ve hükümler hakkında detaylı bilgiler verilmektedir. ibadetler dışındaki hemen her konuyla alakalı rükünler ve her bir rükne ait şartlar ve hükümler birer alt başlık halinde detaylı olarak zikredilmekte ve genelde konular örneklerle birlikte izah edilmektedir. Her iki eserde de birkaç konu dışında hükümlerin dayandığı delillere yer verilmemiş ve zikredilen konular&#13;
Şâfîî fıkıh eserlerine uygun bir biçimde sıralanmıştır.; ABSTRACT:&#13;
Our thesis aims to compare the works of Gâyetü’l-ihtisâr and el-Yâkutu’n-&#13;
Nefîs, written on the sect of Shafii, in terms of content and style. As far as we can&#13;
identify, there are some differences between these works in the topics covered,&#13;
ordering of topics, explanation style etc. In this regard, as Gâyetü’l-ihtisâr is a short&#13;
work, it does not discuss fiqh topics in detail, sub-titles are not given in detail and the&#13;
fiqh-related judgements are clarified briefly. However, in el-Yâkutu’n-Nefîs, firstly,&#13;
the lexical and terminological meanings of the concept mentioned is given at the&#13;
beginning of each topic and then sub-titles are provided. Detailed information is&#13;
given on the pillars, conditions and judgements of each topic. Apart from prayers, the&#13;
pillars (rukn) of almost all topics and the conditions and judgements of each pillar&#13;
are discussed in sub-titles in detail and in general the topics are explained by&#13;
examples. Both works do not subject the evidence, on which judgements are based&#13;
on, other than a few topics, and the topics mentioned are ordered in line with Shafii&#13;
fiqh works.

ملخص البحث:&#13;
يهدف هذا البحث إلى بيان المهارات الشخصيَّة والعلمية والعملية للصَّحابة رضي الله عنهم،&#13;
وكيف قام النَّبي صلَّى الله عليه وسلَّم بتوظيفها على الوجه الأمثل .&#13;
وقد توصَّل ت الباحثة إلى أنَّ الصَّحابة رضي الله عنهم تميَّزوا بالعديد من المهارات والقدرات&#13;
الشَّ خصية الفريدة، كالفطنة وال ذَّكاء، وحسن الهيئة وجمال الخلقة، والأمانة وحفظ الس ر ، والتي&#13;
وظَّفها النَّبي صلَّى الله عليه وسلَّم أحسن توظيف، فاختار ال س فراء والقادة وأمناء الأسرار.&#13;
كما تميَّزوا بالعديد من المهارات والقدرات العلم يَّة، كالحفظ والإتقان وحسن الفهم والفقه في&#13;
ال د ين، والتي وظَّفها النَّبي صلَّى الله عليه وسلَّم في اختيار كتَّاب الوحي ورواة الحديث والمفتي ن&#13;
كما تميَّزوا بالعديد من المهارات والقدرات العمل يَّة، كالذ كاء ال ل غوي، وحسن الصَّ وت وجودة&#13;
الإلقاء، وق د وظَّفها النَّبي صلَّى الله عليه وسلَّم في اختيار المترجمين والخطباء وال ش عراء والقرَّ اء&#13;
والمؤ ذ نين .&#13;
وقد أور د ت الباحثة في ضمن ذلك تسعةً وثلاثين حديثًا بأسانيدها ت و ضح ذلك، وقام بتخريجها،&#13;
وشرحِّ غريبها، واستخراجِّ الفوائد المناسبة لطبيعة البحث منها; ÖZET:&#13;
Bu araştırma, sahâbîlerin kişisel, ilmî ve amelî yeteneklerini ele alarak Hz. Peygamber’in bu yetenekleri nasıl değerlendirdiğinin tesbitini hedeflemiştir.&#13;
Bu çalışmada araştırmacı, sahâbîlerin basiret, zekâ, hilkat güzelliği, emanet ve sır saklamak gibi birçok eşsiz kişisel beceri ve yetenek ile ayırt edildiğine ulaşmış ve Hz. Peygamber’in elçiler, liderler ve sır saklayıcılar olarak bu yetenekleri esas aldığını ve bu yeteneklerin Hz. Peygamber tarafından en iyi şekilde değerlendirildiğini tesbit etmiştir.&#13;
Ayrıca Hz. Peygamber ezber, maharet, iyi algılama ve dinde anlayış sahibi olma gibi birçok ilmî beceri ve yeteneği esas alarak vahiy kâtiplerini, hadis râvîlerini ve kadıları tayin etmiştir. Aynı şekilde Hz. Peygamber dil zekâsı, güzel ses ve iyi konuşma gibi birçok pratik beceri ve yetenekle de mütercimler, hatipler, şairler, Kur’an-ı Kerim okuyucuları ve müezzinler seçerek görevlendirmiştir. Bu bağlamda otuz dokuz hadis senedleriyle birlikte araştırmaya konu edilmiş, bu hadislerin ravilerinin hal tercümeleri, garibü'l-hadisleri ve&#13;
faydaları beyan edilmiştir.; ABSTRACT:&#13;
This research aims to demonstrate the personal, scientific, and&#13;
practical skills of the Companions (may Allah be pleased with them) and&#13;
how the Prophet (Peace be upon him) optimally employed them.&#13;
The researcher concluded that the Companions (may Allah be&#13;
pleased with them) were distinguished by many unique personal skills and&#13;
abilities, such as acumen and intelligence, good looks, the beauty of form,&#13;
honesty, and keeping secrets. Which the Prophet (Peace be upon him)&#13;
employed the best way, so he chose ambassadors, leaders, and keepers of&#13;
secrets.&#13;
They were also distinguished by many scientific skills and abilities,&#13;
such as memorization, mastery, and good understanding in religion, which&#13;
the Prophet (Peace be upon him) employed in the selection of revelation&#13;
writers, hadith narrators, and muftis.&#13;
They were also distinguished by many practical skills and abilities,&#13;
such as linguistic intelligence, good voice, and quality of recitation, which&#13;
the Prophet (Peace be upon him) employed in selecting translators,&#13;
preachers, poets, readers, and muezzins.&#13;
The researcher has mentioned thirty-nine hadiths with their chains&#13;
of transmission explaining this, and he has extracted them, explained their&#13;
strangeness, and extracted the benefits appropriate to the nature of the&#13;
research from them.

ملخص البحث:&#13;
منبج مدينة سوريَّة قد اشتهرت بارتباطها بالشعر والشعراء في القديم والحديث. وهي&#13;
مدينة الشعر وأمُّ الشعراء؛ حيث لم يخل ذكرها في الشعر من العصر الجاهلي حتى يومنا&#13;
هذا، ولم ينقطع منها الشعراء في عصر من العصور. مع هذا فإنها لم ت ع ط ح ق ها من البحث&#13;
والدراسة في هذا الجانب، ولكوني من أبنائها عمل ت على إظهار هذه الخاصية فيها من&#13;
خلال دراسة نماذج من الشعر الذي ذ ك رت فيه، وترجم ة شعرائها القدامى والمحدثين.&#13;
احتوت هذه الرسالة على مقدمة ومدخل، وفصلين وخاتمة. الفصل الأول تم في&#13;
خمسة مباحث. ع مل في هذا الفصل على جمع الأشعار التي ذ ك رت فيها منبج، وتقسيمها&#13;
حسب مواضيعها وأغراضها، من شوق وحنين وفخر ووصف ومدح ورثاء وغزل وغيرها من&#13;
مواضيع الشعر، وتوضيح الغامض من مفرداتها، والعمل على بيانها وشرحها بمعانيها&#13;
الإجمالية.&#13;
أما الفصل الثاني فقد تم في مبحثين. في هذا الفصل تمت دراسة شعراء منبج&#13;
وتقسيمهم إلى قسمين. الأول: شعراء العصر القديم المشهورون والمغمورون، والثاني: شعراء&#13;
العصر الحديث ممن توفوا. ت رجمت في هذا الفصل حياة الشعراء، مع ذكر أه م صفاتهم،&#13;
ونبذة من أشعارهم. وفي الخاتمة تم ذكر النتائج التي توصل إليها من هذه الدراسة مع بعض&#13;
التوصيات; ÖZET:&#13;
Menbic şehri hem klasik hem de modern dönemde şiir ve şairler ile olan ilişkisiyle meşhur olmuştur. Menbic, bir şiir kenti ve şairlerin menbaı olduğu için cahiliyeden günümüze şiirlerde sürekli kullanılagelmiş ve bu şehir hiçbir dönem şairsiz kalmamıştır. Bununla birlikte Menbic bu yönüyle hak ettiği ilgiyi görememiştir. Menbicli olmam hasebiyle bu çalışmada şehrin bu özelliğini şiirlerden örnekler vererek, klasik ve modern dönem şairlerinin biyografilerinden bahsederek ortaya çıkarmaya çalıştım.&#13;
Bu araştırma ön söz, giriş, iki bölüm ve sonuçtan oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde, Menbic şehrinin zikredildiği şiirler bir araya getirilmiş, bu şiirler şevk, hanin, fahr, vasf, medh, risa, gazel vb. konularına göre taksim edilmiş, bu şiirlerdeki anlamı kapalı ifadeler açıklanıp genel anlamları verilmeye çalışılmıştır. İkinci bölümde ise meşhur ve meşhur olmayan Menbicli klasik şairler konu edinilmiş, aynı zamanda vefat etmiş olan modern şairlere yer verilmiştir. Yine bu bölümde şairlerin biyografilerine, önemli özelliklerine ve bazı şiirlerine değinilmiştir. Sonuç kısmında ise bu araştırmada ulaştığımız neticelerden bahsedilmiş ve bazı önerilere yer verilmiştir.; ABSTRACT:&#13;
The city of Manbij became famous for its poets and its relationship with poetry in both the classical and modern periods. Manbij has been a city of poetry and a source of poets. Manbij has been used constantly in poems since pre-Islamic times and the city has never been without a poet. However, Manbij was never the focus of interest it deserves. Since I am from Manbij, I attempted to reveal this characteristic of the city and provided poetry examples and discussed the biographies of classical and modern poets in the present study.&#13;
The present study includes a preface, introduction, two sections and conclusion. The first section includes five main titles. In this section of the thesis, I introduced the poems that mentioned Manbij, and categorized these poems based on their topics (şevk, hanin, fahr, vasf, medh, risa, ghazal, etc.) and attempted to explain the difficult expressions in these poems and provide a general understanding about the meaning of the poem. The second section includes two main titles. In the first title, famous and non-famous classical poets from Manbij are discussed. In the second title, modern dead poets are discussed. Also, poet biographies, their significant characteristics, and certain poems are mentioned. In the conclusion, the study findings and certain recommendations are addressed.

وبيئته، والحالة السياسية والاجتماعية والاقتصادية والعلمية في عصره، وكان الكلام على&#13;
سيرته الشخصية يدور على مجموعة من المح اور من النسب والحياة والذرية والصفات&#13;
والأخلاق والمذهب والتص وف والمصنفات، والسيرة العلمية من مرحلة التحصيل إلى العطاء&#13;
العلمي، وشيوخه في التصوف والفقه والحديث والقراءات والنحو والمنطق، والكلام على&#13;
تلامذته ومسل كه الوظيفي ، وم ا تق ل د من مهام وتبوأ من مناصب ، وكذلك ذكر ثناء العلماء عليه ،&#13;
ومصنفاته وآثاره العلمية في التفسير وعلوم القرآن والعقيدة والمنطق والفقه و أصوله والبلاغة&#13;
والتصوف والفرائض والحساب وآداب البحث.&#13;
وتناول البحث الكلام على جهود الأنصاري في التفسير ومنهجه فيه من التعريف بكتابه فتح&#13;
الرحمن بكشف م ا يلتب س في القرآن بذكر قيمته العلمية والكلام على محتواه.&#13;
وكذلك التعريف بكتابه إعراب القرآن العظيم، والتعريف بحاشية فتح الجليل ببيان خفي أنوار&#13;
التنزيل، والتعريف برسالة شرح البسملة والحمدلة.&#13;
وتناول البحث بعض أقواله في التفسير كما في منحة الباري بشرح صحيح البخاري، وأما عن&#13;
منهجه في التفسير فقد تناول البحث الكلام على مصادر ومناهج التفسير عند الأنصاري، ومنها&#13;
منهجه في تفسير القرآن بالقرآن وفي تفسير القرآن بالرواية، ومنهجه في الإسرائيليات، ومنهجه&#13;
اللغوي والبلاغي، والكلام على بعض المسائل المتفرقة من العقائد والفقه وشرح ال مفردات.&#13;
ومن جملة م ا تناول البحث الكلام على المصادر التي اعتمد عليها في التفسير، وأنواع علوم&#13;
القرآن التي تُلاحظ في مصنفاته من محكم ومتشابه وأسباب نزول ون اسخ ومنسوخ، وختم البحث&#13;
بخاتمة ونتائج ثم مصادر ومراجع.; ÖZET:&#13;
“Şeyhülislam Zekeriya el-Ensarî ve Tefsirciliği” başlıklı bu araştırma, el-Ensarî’nin hayatını, ahlakî ve ilmî şahsiyetini, yaşadığı dönemin genel durumunu ele almaktadır.&#13;
muhtelif ilim dallarında yetkin olan el-Ensarî’nin Tefsir, Ulumu’l-Kur’an, Akaid, Mantık, Fıkıh, Fıkıh Usulü, Belagat ve Tasavvufa dair çalışmalarına da değinen bu araştırma, özellikle “Fethur’Rahman bi keşfi ma yeltebisu fi’l-Kur’an”, “Fethu’l-celil” haşiyesi, “İ’rabul-Kur’an” ve “Mukaddimetun fi’l-besmele ve’l-hamdele” adlı Tefsir eserlerinin tanıtımına ayrı bir özen göstermiştir.&#13;
el-Ensarî’nin Tefsir yöntemine yoğunlaşan bu araştırma, müfessirin Minhetu’l-bârî bi şerhi sahihi’l-Buharî adlı eserindeki Tefsire dair görüşlerine değindikten sonra Tefsir yöntemini, kaynaklarını, İsrailiyata karşı duruşunu, belağî ve lugavî tahlillerini ele almaktadır. Ayrıca Muhkem-Müteşabih, Sebeb-i Nüzul, Nasih-Mensuh gibi Kur’an İlimleriyle ilgili görüşlerini de incelemektedir.; ABSTRACT:&#13;
The research in this thesis dealt with the biography of Sheikh Al-Ansari and his scientific effects, his time, his environment, and the political, social, economic and scientific situation in his time. Talking about his personal biography revolved around a group of themes from lineage, life, offspring, traits, morals, doctrine, mysticism, to his works and scientific achievement and his sheikhs in mysticism, jurisprudence, hadith, the Holly Qur'an reading methods, grammar and logic, and his students and his career, and the tasks he assumed and positions he occupied, as well as mentioning the scholars’ praise for him, his works and scientific effects on interpretation (Tafsir), the sciences of the Qur’an, faith, logic, jurisprudence and its rules, rhetoric, mysticism, statutes, arithmetic, and search methodology.&#13;
The research dealt with talking about Al-Ansari’s efforts in interpretation (Tafsir) and his method in it by introducing his book "Fathur'Rahman Bikeshfi Ma yeltabisu fi'l-Qur'an" and by mentioning its scientific value and talking about its content.&#13;
As well as introducing his book"I'rabul-Qur'an" and "Fethu'l-jalil" postscript, and introducing and explaining his message " the Basmalah and Hamdala."&#13;
The research dealt with some of his sayings in the interpretation (Tafsir) as in the book "Menhatul Bari". And as for his approach to interpretation (Tafsir), the research dealt with the sources and methods of interpretation according to Al-Ansari, including his approach to interpreting the Qur’an by the Qur’an, and the interpretation of the Qur’an by narration, his approach to the Israelites, his linguistic and rhetorical approach, and speaking on some random issues of beliefs, jurisprudence and explanation of vocabulary.&#13;
The research also dealt with the sources that he relied on in the interpretation (Tafsir), and the types of sciences of the Qur’an that are noted in his works, including (Muhkem) clear and (Mutashabih) allegorical, and the reasons for its revelation, abrogator and abrogated, and the research ended with a conclusion and results and mentioned the sources and references that were used.
