Abstract
ÖZET: Temel besin maddesi olarak kullanılan ve hemen her besine eklenen tuz, kimyasal formülü NaCl (Sodyum klorür) olan, kokusuz, suda iyi çözünen, besinleri koruma, saklama ve tatlandırmada kullanılan billursu maddedir. Bu çalışmada piyasada paketlenerek satılmakta olan 6 farklı kaya tuzu markasından elde edilen tuz numunelerinde ağır metal analizleri yapılmıştır. Alınan tuz numuneleri JEOL JSM-6510 Scanning Electron Microscope cihazında 50 μm, 250 μm, 500 μm ve 1000 μm’lik ölçülere büyütülerek fotoğrafları çekilmiş, element analizlerinin yapılması için tuz numunelerinin her birine ilk önce CEM marka Mars 6 One Touch (USA) model mikrodalga cihazı kullanılarak numune yakma ve analiz işlemi uygulanmış, daha sonra da element analizleri çeşitli standart çözeltiler kullanılarak kuarz nebulizer gazlaştırıcı, cyclonic spray chember ve entegre bir auto-sampler bulunduran ICP-MS NexION® 2000 (PerkinElmer® Inc., USA) cihazı ile yapılmıştır. Yapılan analizler sonucunda kaya tuzu numunelerinde sodyum ve klor elementlerinin yanında çeşitli miktarlarda 7Li, 9Be, 11B, 23Na, 24Mg, 27Al, 39K, 43Ca, 51V, 52Cr, 55Mn, 57Fe, 59Co, 60Ni, 63Cu, 66Zn, 69Ga, 45Sc, 82Se, 85Rb, 88Sr, 107Ag, 111Cd, 115In, 133Cs, 138Ba, 89Y, 202Hg, 205Tl, 208Pb, 209Bi, 238U, 209Bi-1, elementlerinden de bulunduğu tespit edilmiştir.

ABSTRACT: Salt which is used as basic nutrition matterand added to all kinds of meal is formulated as NaCI (Sodium cloride), unscented and a matter that is used to keep, save and give flavour and crystalloid matter. In this study we made the analysis of heavy metal existance in the salt examples of 6 different salt trade marks in the industry. The salt examples photos were taken as 50 μm 250 μm 500 μm and 1000 μm in extended scales with the JEOL JSM-6510 Scanning Electron Microscope ench of the salt examples were burnt and analysed by using the CEM Mars 6 One Touch (USA) microwave device, then the element analysis were applied using ICP-MS NexION® 2000 (PerkinElmer® Inc., USA) which has quartz nebuliser volatilizer, cyclonic spray chemer and integrated auto sampler. At the end of these analysis results, apart from Sodium and Chloride elements, there are 7Li, 9Be, 11B, 23Na, 24Mg, 27Al, 39K, 43Ca, 51V, 52Cr, 55Mn, 57Fe, 59Co, 60Ni, 63Cu, 66Zn, 69Ga, 45Sc, 82Se, 85Rb, 88Sr, 107Ag, 111Cd, 115In, 133Cs, 138Ba, 89Y, 202Hg, 205Tl, 208Pb, 209Bi, 238U, 209Bi-1.
