Bingöl Ovası Meralarında Verim, Kalite ve Botanik Kompozisyonun Belirlenmesi

Abstract

ÖZET: Bu çalışma, Bingöl ovasında bulunan yedi köy merasının verim, kalite, botanik kompozisyon ve otlatma kapasitesinin belirlenmesi amacıyla yürütülmüştür. Çalışmada, Bingöl ovasında yer alan yedi köy merasının bitki ile kaplı alan, botanik kompozisyon, frekans, bitki boyu, yeşil ot verimi, kuru ot verimi, ham protein oranı (HP), asit deterjanda çözünmeyen lif (ADF), nötr deterjanda çözünmeyen lif (NDF), kalsiyum (Ca), magnezyum (Mg), fosfor (P) ve potasyum (K) oranları ile meraların otlatma kapasiteleri, mera durumu ve sağlığı ele alınmıştır. Çalışmada, 33 bitki türü tespit edilmiştir. Bu türlerin 29’u istilacı, 2’si azalıcı ve 2 tanesi de çoğalıcı tür olduğu belirlenmiştir. Merada en yaygın türlerin Trifolium repens, Eremopoa persica ve Poa bulbosa olduğu görülmüştür. Meraların bitki ile kaplı alan oranı %97,4, botanik kompozisyonda baklagillerin oranı %32,7, buğdaygillerin oranı %50,0 ve diğer familya bitkilerinin oranı ise %17,3 olarak belirlenmiştir. Baklagillerin frekans değeri %9,2, buğdaygillerin frekans değeri %17,7 ve diğer familya bitkilerinin frekans değeri de %9,8 olarak tespit edilmiştir. Meraların ortalama; bitki boyu 24,2 cm, yeşil ot verimi 582 kg/da, kuru ot verimi 129 kg/da, HP oranı %19,5, ADF oranı %29,1, NDF oranı %44,4, Ca oranı %1,30, Mg oranı %0,34, P oranı %0,37 ve K oranı %2,55 olarak tespit edilmiştir. Meraların otlatma kapasitesi 3,3-88,5 hayvan birimi (HB) arasında değişim gösterdiği ve ortalama 32,2 HB olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Meraların durum değerlendirmesinde ise 4 merada “orta-sağlıklı” geriye kalan 3 meranın ise “iyi-sağlıklı” mera sınıfında yer aldığı görülmüştür. Sonuç olarak, Bingöl ovası meralarında uygun otlatma sistemlerinin uygulanmasının gerektiği ve gübreleme ile mevcut verim ve kalitesinin artırılabileceği sonucuna varılmıştır.

ABSTRACT: This study was carried out to determine the yield, quality, botanical composition and grazing capacity of seven village pastures in the Bingöl plain. In the study, the covered area, botanical composition, frequency, plant height, green forage yield, dry matter yield, crude protein ratio (CP), acid detergent fiber (ADF), neutral detergent fiber (NDF), calcium (Ca), magnesium (Mg), phosphorus (P), potassium (K) ratios and grazing capacity, range status and health of seven village pastures in the Bingöl plain were discussed. In the study, 33 plant species were identified. It has been determined that 29 of these species are invader, 2 are increaser and 2 are decreaser. The most common species in pasture were Trifolium repens, Eremopoa persica and Poa bulbosa. The rate of plant covered area of the pastures was determined as 97.4%, the rate of legumes in the botanical composition was 32.7%, the rate of grasses was 50.0% and the rate of other family plants was determined as 17.3%. The frequency value of legumes was determined as %9.2, the frequency value of grasses %17.7 and the frequency value of other family plants as %9.8. Average of pastures; plant height 24.2 cm, green forage yield 582 kg/ha, dry matter yield 129 kg/ha, crude protein ratio 19.5%, ADF ratio 29.1%, NDF ratio 44.4%, Ca ratio 1.30% , Mg ratio 0.34%, P ratio 0.37% and K ratio was determined 2.55%. It has been determined that the grazing capacity of the pastures varies between 3.3-88.5 animal units (AU), with an average of 32.2 AU. In the evaluation of the situation of the pastures, it was seen that 4 pastures were in the "medium-healthy" range and the remaining 3 pastures were in the "good-healthy" range. As a result, it has been concluded that appropriate grazing systems should be applied in Bingöl plain pastures and the current yield and quality can be increased with fertilization.
