الحِكَم الشرعية لتخصيص بعض السور القرآنية في بعض الأوقات والأحداث

Abstract

ملخص: يبحث هذا البحث في حكم السور القرآنية التي ورد تخصيصها في الس ن ة النبوية بأوقات وأحداث وعبادات مخصوصة، م ن خلال رؤي ة ت جمع بين التأصيل ال ح ديثي والتحليل المقاصدي، لبيان العلاقة العميقة بين معاني السور ومقاصدها، و ب ين الأحوال التي شُرعت قراءتها فيها . ويتضمن هذا البحث مُدخلا ا يتم ث ل في بيان: حكم الشريعة، ومقاصد القرآن الكبرى، ث م ب يان مقاصد السور القرآنية التي جاءت ك ل سورة منها لمُ عالجة جانب خا ص من هذه المقاصد الكبرى . وفي ضوء السنة النبوية، يتتبع البحث أد ل ة السور المخصوصة التي ورد فيها تخصيص السور بأوقات وأحداث مُ عينة، وذلك استنا داا إلى : الس ن ة القولية، والفعلية، والتقريرية، م ن خلال الأحاديث الصحيحة والحسنة التي ن ص ت على تخصيص سور بأوقات وأحداث معينة . و يُبرز البحث فضائل السور المخصوصة التي ورد فيها الن ص الشرع ي بفضلها الخاص، والتي جاءت ل تُعزز مكانتها، وتحث على دوام تلاوتها في تلك المواطن . و م ن أهم محاو ر: البحث دراسة مقاصد السور المخصوصة من خلال تحليل معانيها، وربطها بالمناسبات التي خُ صصت لها في ضوء كلام أهل العلم والمُ فسرين، ودراسة العلاقة المقاصدية بين مقاصد السور و ب ين مقصد الأوقات والأحداث التي خُ ص صت فيها تلك السور . ويختم البحث ببيان أثر وفوائد مقاصد التخصي ص، و يُؤكد على دور هذه المقاصد والفوائد في مُ عالجة المشكلات المعاصرة . وبذلك فإ ن هذا البحث يسعى إلى تقديم رؤي ة علمي ة مُ تكاملة تُبرز مقاصد تخصيص السور القرآنية في السنة النبو ي ة، وتربطها بالواقع المعيش، في إطا ر يجمع ب ين النقل والتحليل، والتأصيل والتنزيل، تحقي قاا للغايات الشرعية، وإسها ا ما في تجديد الفقه النبوي في التعامل مع كتاب الله ع ز وج ل

ÖZET: Bu çalışma, bazı Kur’ân sûrelerinin Sünnette belirli zaman, hâl ve ibadetlerle tahsis edilmesinin hikmetlerini, hadis temelli bir yaklaşım ve makâsıdî analiz çerçevesinde ele almaktadır. Amaç, sûrelerin anlam ve hedefleriyle, okunmalarının şer‘î olarak belirlendiği zaman ve durumlar arasındaki derin ilişkiyi ortaya koymaktır. Araştırma, şer‘î maksatlar, Kur’ân’ın temel gayeleri ve her sûrenin bu gayelerden bir yönü ele alışıyla ilgili bir girişle başlamaktadır. Ardından, sözlü, fiilî ve takrîrî sünnetten hareketle, sahih ve hasen hadislerle belirli zaman ve olaylara tahsis edilen sûrelerin delilleri incelenmektedir. Çalışma, bu sûrelerin faziletlerini vurgulamakta; tefsir ehlinin açıklamaları ışığında, sûrelerin anlamlarını ve tahsis edildikleri bağlamlarla olan ilişkilerini değerlendirmektedir. Ayrıca, sûrelere yüklenen maksatlarla tahsis edildikleri zaman ve hâllerin gayeleri arasındaki makâsıd ilişkisi tahlil edilmektedir. Sonuç olarak, bu tahsislerin bireysel, toplumsal ve çağdaş problemlere yönelik katkıları ele alınmakta; Kur’ân’la nübüvvet eksenli bir bağ kurmanın ve bu bağlamı güncel kılmanın yolları gösterilmektedir.

ABSTRACT: This study explores the objectives (Hikam) of specific Quranic surahs designated in the Sunnah for particular times, events, or acts of worship. It adopts a methodology that combines hadith-based grounding with purposive analysis to reveal the deep connection between the meanings of these surahs and the contexts prescribed for their recitation. The research begins by outlining the maqāṣid of Sharia, the overarching aims of the Quran, and the particular purposes of individual surahs—each addressing a unique dimension of those higher objectives. It then examines textual evidence from the Sunnah—verbal, practical, and tacit—using authentic and sound hadiths that specify certain surahs for specific occasions. The study highlights the virtues of these surahs, as established by textual merits, and analyzes their meanings in light of scholarly tafsir. It emphasizes the correlation between the surahs’ purposes and the occasions they are linked to, aiming to uncover the wisdom behind such associations. The conclusion discusses the spiritual, educational, and societal impacts of these designations, and their potential role in addressing contemporary challenges. The research thus offers an integrated perspective that combines revelation-based knowledge with contextual relevance, contributing to the renewal of prophetic engagement with the Quran.
