Abstract

ÖZET: Şüphesiz vatan, bir milletin ayakta durabilmesi için sahip olması gereken vazgeçilmez bir değerdir. O aynı zamanda göz ardı edilemeyecek veya değiştirilemeyecek temel bir sütundur. İnsanların kalbinde vatanı koruyacak, savunacak bir aidiyet ve bağlılık hissiyatı ile vatan sevgisini pekiştirecek sağlam bir inancın olması icab eder. İslam’ın diri tutmaya çalıştığı, Kur’an-ı Kerim ve Hz. Peygamber’in (sav) önemsediği ve hadis alimlerinin de değerini kaleme aldığı konulardan biri de vatandır. Araştırma, vatanın değeri ve önemini hatırlatmanın gerekliliğinden ortaya çıkmıştır. Vatan evlatları, topraklarının özüne bağlı olduklarından şerefleri de vatanlarının varlığına bağlıdır. Dolayısıyla vatan olmadan onur da olamaz. Vatansız olmak bir zayıflık hali olduğundan hareket alanını felç etmekte ve sürgünde birlik beraberliği de yok etmektedir. Pratik açıdan çalışma; vatanlarını, kanlarını ve dinlerini korumak için gençliğin yerine getirmesi gereken görev ve sorumluluklara odaklanmıştır. Çalışmada din ve vatan inşasında gençlerin imkânlarından istifade eden Hz. Peygamber’in (sav) devlet idaresindeki durumuna ışık tutulmuş, vatanı korumada hukukun önemine vurgu yapılmış ve bireylere düşen görev ve sorumluluklar açıklanarak elde edilecek amaçlar tebyin edilmiştir. Çalışmada hem betimsel analiz, hem de tümevarım yöntemlerine başvurdum. Sünnetten deliller sunmak, hükümler çıkarmak ve önceki durum ile şimdiki durumu karşılaştırmak suretiyle amaç ve hedeflere ulaşmayı istedim. Yüce Allah’a tevekkül edip bu çalışmamda beni muvaffak etmesini ümit ettim.

ABSTRACT: It is known and no doubt that the homeland is the basis that depends on the establishment of any nation. An essential rule that cannot be ignored or replaced, the homeland must be a motive in the hearts of people to defend and preserve it, a belief that inherits belonging and enhances loyalty and love. This is what the glorious Sharia states, is written by the noble modernizers and explained by the book of our Lord and the Sunnah of our Prophet. The importance of research emerged in the necessity of reminding the value and importance of the homeland, and the adherence of its sons to the seeds of its soil, and that there is no honor for us other than our land. And shedding light on the situation of the first generation in utilizing the capabilities of the youth and employing them to build religion and homelands and the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, manage the state, indicating the role of the law in the importance of preserving homelands. In order to achieve this, I took the method of descriptive analysis on the one hand, and induction on the other hand, to list the evidence from the Sunnah and review it and study the previous to catch up and elicit directives and indications and use them to achieve the purpose of it and the goals, and on God I rely on him and on him I rely and hold fast.
