Beden Eğitimi ve Spor Öğretmenlerinin Mesleki Öz-Yeterlilikleri ile OlumsuzDeğerlendirilme Korkusu Arasındaki İlişkinin İncelenmesi

Abstract

ÖZET: Bu araştırma, beden eğitimi ve spor öğretmenlerinin mesleki öz-yeterlilikleri ile olumsuz değerlendirilme korkusu arasındaki ilişkinin incelenmesi amacıyla yapılacaktır. Bu araştırmanın evrenini, 2022-2023 eğitim öğretim yıllarında Şanlıurfa ilinde ortaokul ve liselerde görev yapan beden eğitimi ve spor öğretmenleri oluşturacaktır. Millî Eğitim Bakanlığına (MEB) bağlı ortaokul ve liselerde görev yapan beden eğitimi ve spor öğretmeni sayısı yaklaşık 800'dür. Bu evrenden tesadüfi örneklem yoluyla ulaşılabilen beden eğitimi ve spor öğretmenleri bu çalışmanın örneklemini oluşturacaktır. Araştırmada veri toplamak için, beden eğitimi ve spor öğretmenlerinin bazı demografik özelliklerini tespit etmek için araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen '' Kişisel Bilgi Formu '' (cinsiyet, medeni durum, yaş, mesleki hizmet süresi, okul türü, sporcu özgeçmişinin olup olmadığı, eğitim düzeyi, malzeme durumu, okul idaresinin spora bakış açısı), Beden Eğitimi ve Spor Öğretmenlerinin Mesleki Öz-Yeterliliklerini belirleyebilmek için ''Beden Eğitimi Öz-Yeterlilik Ölçeği'', Olumsuz Değerlendirilme Korkusu oranlarını tespit etmek için ''Olumsuz Değerlendirilmekten Korkma Ölçeği'' kullanılacaktır. Mesleki öz-yeterlilik ve olumsuz değerlendirilme korkusu ölçekleri aracılığıyla toplanan veriler istatistiksel paket programı SPSS.22 programı ile çözümleme yapılıp çıkan veriler hakkında yorum yapılmıştır. Elde ettiğimiz sonuçlara göre, Beden eğitimi ve spor öğretmenlerinin; cinsiyet, medeni durum, yaş, mesleki hizmet süresi, okul türü, sporcu özgeçmişinin olup olmadığı, eğitim düzeyi, malzeme durumu, okul idaresinin spora bakış açısı değişkenleri arasında anlamlı farklılığa rastlanmamıştır.

ABSTRACT: This research will be conducted to examine the relationship between the professional self-efficacy of physical education and sports teachers and their fear of negative evaluation. The population of this research will consist of physical education and sports teachers working in middle schools and high schools in the Şanlıurfa province during the 2022-2023 academic years. The number of physical education and sports teachers working in middle schools and high schools affiliated with the Ministry of National Education (MEB) is approximately 800. Physical education and sports teachers accessible through random sampling from this population will constitute the sample of this study. To collect data in the research, a "Personal Information Form" developed by the researcher will be used to determine some demographic characteristics of physical education and sports teachers (gender, marital status, age, professional service period, school type, presence of a sports background, education level, material status, school administration's perspective on sports). The "Physical Education Self-Efficacy Scale" will be used to determine the professional self-efficacy of physical education and sports teachers, and the "Fear of Negative Evaluation Scale" will be used to determine the rates of fear of negative evaluation. Data collected through the scales of professional self-efficacy and fear of negative evaluation will be analyzed using the statistical package program SPSS 22, and interpretations will be made about the obtained results. According to the results obtained, no significant differences were found among variables such as gender, marital status, age, professional service period, school type, presence of a sports background, education level, material status, and school administration's perspective on sports for physical education and sports teachers.
