Fî Zılâli’l-Kur’ân’da Kadının Konumu

Abstract

ÖZET: Bu araştırma, kadının toplumsal hayattaki yeri ve haklarını, Seyyid Kutub’un Fî Ẓılâli’l-Ḳurʾân adlı tefsirindeki bakış açısıyla değerlendirmeyi hedeflemektedir. Kadının yaratılış açısından değeri, sosyal konumu, kimliği, aile içerisindeki statüsü ve bunun gibi birçok konu, dünya tarihinde iz bırakmış farklı medeniyetlerde tartışılma konusu olmuştur. Araştırmada İslam öncesi kadına biçilen roller inceledikten sonra İslam sonrası kadının elde ettiği kazanımlar ve bu kazanımların günümüz dünyasına yansımalarını ele alınmıştır. Ayrıca kadının yaratılıştan kaynaklanan farklı özellikleri incelenip, ilahi vahyin bu farklılıklara göre kadına tevdi ettiği görevler, mü’min şahsiyetin oluşmasında vahyin etkisi ve kadının bu kazanımları ile tevhid mücadelesindeki rolü incelenmiştir. Kadının haklar ve sorumluluklar bağlamında hukuksal hakları olan iktisadi haklar, miras, kadının şahitliği, nikah ve nikah akdinin sonlandırılması konuları incelenmiş; anne ve eş olarak kadının rolü ele alınıp değerlendirmelerde bulunulmuştur.

ABSTRACT: The purpose of this research is to evaluate the place of the woman in the society and her rights according to the Tafsir book Fi Zilal al-Quran from Sayyid Qutb. The woman rights during her creation, her social standing, her identity, her place in the family and a lot of similar subjects, it became a subject of debate in all the major civilizations. After analyzing the roles given to the woman during the Pre-Islamic era, then we will analyze what they gained during the Islamic era and the impact of those gains nowadays. Also, we will analyze the woman differences' creation wise, and what the Waḥi had entrusted them according to those differences, the impact of the Waḥi on the formation of the Mumina personality and the struggle of the woman for those gains and the tawhid.In the context of the woman's responsibility and her rights, the economic rights like the inheritance, the wedding and the end of the wedding contract, all of these subjects above have been analyzed, some evaluation as the role of the woman as a mother and a wife is present.
