Abdülmelik b. Mervân'ın hutbelerinin Arap dili ve belağatı açısından değerlendirilmesi

Abstract

ÖZET: Bu çalışmamızın amacı “Abdülmelik b. Mervan’nın Hutbelerinin Arap Dili ve Belağatı Acısından Değerlendirilmesi” başlığı altında Abdülmelik b. Mervanı’ın üslup ve hitabete verdiği önemi incelemeye çalışıp ve hutbelerinin belağat yönünden değerlendirilmesi yapılmasıdır. Bu çalışma bir giriş ve üç bölümden meydana gelmektedir. Giriş bölümünde çalışmamızın araştırma metodu ve kaynaklarına dair açıklamalar yer almaktadır. Birinci bölümde hitabet sanatının tanımı, konusu, unsurları, uygulama şekilleri, çeşitleri, hitabetin çıkışı, hitabetin tarihçesi, Arap döneminde hitabet ve Emevîler döneminde hitabetin tarihçesi ile gelişim sebepleri ele alınmıştır. Birinci bölümde ayrıca hitabetin bölümleri kısaca anlatılmaya çalışılmıştır. İkinci bölümde Hulefâ-yi Râşidin’den sonra kurulan Emevî devletinin başına geçen Abdülmelik b. Mervân’ın (65- 86/685-705) doğumu, gençliği, yetişmesi, çocukları, evlilikleri, ailesi, halife olması, ölümü ve kişiliği onun dönemindeki iç politikalar, Muhtâr es-Sakafî meselesi, İbnü’z-Zübeyr’le yaptığı mücadeleler, ‘Amr b. Sa’îd isyanı, Kur’an’ı Kerim’in harekelenme işlemi, farklı dillerde tutulan divan evrak kayıtlarının Arapça dilliyle tutulması, Bizans sikkesine karşı çıkardığı para reformu gibi iktidara geldiği günden ölümüne kadarki süre zarfında yaptığı bu faaliyetlerden detaylı bir şekilde bahsedilmiştir. Son bölümde ise Abdülmelik b. Mervan’ın hutbelerin tercümesi, hutbelerinin detaylı bir şekilde Arap dili belağatı acısından tahlil ve değerlendirilmesi yapılarak hutbelerinde tespit edilen belağat kavramlarının tanımları da verilerek bu çalışma sonlandırılmıştır.

ABSTRACT: The aim of this study is under the title of "The Evaluation of Marwan's Sermons in terms of Arabic Language and Rhetoric".It is try to examine the importance of Marwani that gives to style and oratory and to evaluate his sermons in terms of rhetoric. Our thesis consists of an introduction and three parts. In the introduction part, there are explanations about the research method and sources of our study. In the first chapter, the definition of the art of oratory, its subject, elements, forms of application, types, the origin of oratory, the history of oratory, the history of oratory in the Arab period and the history of oratory in the Umayyad period and the reasons for its development are discussed. In the first part, every part of the oratory has been tried to be explained in detail. In the second part, Abdülmelik b. Marwan's (65- 86/685-705) birth, youth, upbringing, children, marriage, family, being the caliph, death and personality of Marwan, his internal policies, the issue of Muhtar es-Sakafi, his struggles with Ibn al-Zubayr 'Amr b. These activities, such as the Sa'îd revolt, the act of the Qur'an, the keeping of the divan documents kept in different languages, in Arabic, the monetary reform against the Byzantine coins, from the day he born until his death, are mentioned in detail. In the last chapter, which constitutes the subject of our third and main thesis; Abdulmalik b. The definitions of the concepts of rhetoric in Marwan's sermons, the translation of the sermons, the analysis and evaluation of his sermons in detail in terms of Arabic language rhetoric, and the study was concluded.
