Abstract

ان هًخض ى هٌ حٿ خَٓٿش طلٸ ٶْ ىً حٍ شٓ حٿڄو ٣ٌ ٤ ش ٿ ٬ڀ رن ٫زي حلله حٿزيٿ حٿڄ ٬ ٱًَ رل خٔځ حٿي نّ طًظټ څٌ ى هٌ حٿ خَٓٿش ڃن ڃٸيڃش طًڄي يْ ػًٚػش ٳٜ ٽٌ هًخطڄش . ٳ حٿظڄي يْ طټڀڄض ٫ن ط ٬ ٲَّ حٿظٴ حًٿظؤ پًّ ٿ شٰ حًٛ ٤ٚكخ، طًليػض ٳ حٿٴٜپ ح ٽًٕ ٫ن ط ٬ ٲَّ رخٿڄئٿٲ ٫ًٜ هَ طً ٬ ٲَّ رخٿڄو ٣ٌ ٤ ش ڃًٜخى ىٍخ. أًڃخ ٳ حٿٴٜپ حٿؼخن ٫ن طٴ هَْٔ ٿڀٸ آَڅ رخٿٸ آَڅ حًٿٸ آَڅ رخٿڄؤػ ٫ًڀ ځٌ حٿٸ آَڅ حً حَٕٓث ڀْ خْص ٳ طٴ هَْٔ ؿً حٌنذ رٚٯ شْ ٳ طٴ هَْٔ ڃً خٔثپ ڃظٴ ٷَش طًليػض ٳ حٿٴٜپ حٿؼخٿغ ٫ن طٴ هَْٔ ٳ حٿڄ حِْڅ ًًٛٲ ن ؤش حٿڄو ٣ٌ ٤ ش طً ٬ ٲَّ رخٿنخ نٓ ڃًنيؾ حٿڄلٸٶ حًٿڄٚك ٨خص ٫ڀ حٿڄو ٣ٌ ٤ ش ًٛ ڃ ظٔن ؤش ڃن حٿڄو ٣ٌ ٤ ش. ٻًً صَ ٳ حٿوخطڄش ، أىڂ ڃخ أ ظٓنظو ڃن هٚٽ ڃخ ىًٍ أػنخء ڃ حٌٟ ٪ْ حٿ خَٓٿش.

ÖZET Bu çalışmada Hüsamuddin Bitlisi’nin ʻCamiu’t-tenzil ve’t-te’vilʼ adlı tefsirinin tahkiki yapılmıştır. Söz konusu çalışma; giriş, üç bölüm ve sonuç kısımlarından oluşmaktadır. Giriş kısmında tefsir ve teʼvil kavramlarının terim ve sözlük anlamları işlenmiştir. Birinci bölümde müellif Hüsamuddin Bitlisi’nin hayatı, yaşadığı dönem ve yazma eserin nüshaları hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. İkinci bölümde yazarın tefsirinde Kurʼânʼnın Kurʼân veya hadis ile tefsiri, Kurʼân ilimleri, eserin edebi yönü ve eserdeki isrâiliyât bilgilerine yer verilmiştir. Üçüncü ve son bölümde eserin tefsir alanındaki yeri, mahtut eser ve müstensihi tanıtılmıştır. Ayrıca tahkikte takip edilen yöntem hakkında bilgi verilmiş ve yazma eserin resimleri de eklenmiştir. Sonuç kısmında ise araştırma neticesinde elde edilen önemli bulgular, özlü bir şekilde sunulmuştur.

Abstract - This letter is fulfillment and study of the script of Ali Bin Abdu-Allah Al-Badlisi known by Husam Al-Din. - This letter consists of introduction, preface, three chapters, and epilog . - In the preface I talked about the definition of exegesis from the view point of language and terms . - I also talked about the definition of the author, the script, the resources, and references of the script . - Also in the second chapter I talked about his exegesis of holly Quran by Quran it self and exegesis of holly Quran by adages , and talked about the science of Quran and Israeli statements in Quran exegesis , also eloquence point of views and different issues in its exegesis . - |And In the third chapter, I talked about his exegesis according to the Islamic scientists , and description of the copy of the script and his definition of nasikh(nasikh: the verse that came down from Allah to replace another verse),the investigator's syllabus, notes on the script, a copy of the script , and the epilog .
