HASTANE ÇALIŞANLARINDA İŞ SAĞLIĞI VE GÜVENLİĞİ EĞİTİMLERİNİN YENİ MODELLEMELERİ

Abstract

ÖZET Yapılan çalışma ile sağlık kuruluşlarında meydana gelebilecek olan tehlikelerin insan sağlığına ve sağlık kuruluşlarında çalışan personelin çalışma koşullarını olumsuz yönde etkileyecek, sağlıklarına zarar verecek olan risklerin önceden belirlenerek iş sağlığı ve güvenliği alanında alınması gereken önlemlerin belirlenmesi ve iş sağlığı güvenliği eğitiminin sağlık çalışanları açısından önemini belirlemek amacı ile bu çalışma gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bu çalışma sağlık kuruluşu alanında meydana gelebilecek olan risklerin belirlenmesi, sağlık personellerinde ortaya çıkacak olan tehlikelerden sağlık ve güvenlik bakımından olumsuz etkilenmesi ve bunların önlenmesine yönelik tedbirlerin alınması için gerekli önlemler hakkında bilgi aktarılması, iş sağlığı güvenliği eğitimlerinin tam olarak verilmesi, her bir risk için planlanan şartlar kapsamında uygulanabilir etkili güvenlik önlemleri ile ele alınmıştır.Yapılan incelemede elde edilen bulguların hastanenin güvenliğinin sağlanması bakımından önemli olduğu, ayrıca bu çalışmayı yapmak için incelenen kaynakların bu kapsamda yetersiz olduğu gözlenmiştir. Yapılan çalışma, ilgili alanda yapılacak çalışmalar için temel kaynak oluşturması açısından önem arz etmektedir. Çalışma üç bölümde ele alınmıştır. Çalışmanın birinci bölümünde; kavramsal çerçeve kapsamında, sağlık kavramları, sağlık işletmelerinin tanımı ve özellikleri, iş sağlığı ve güvenliği tanımı, İSG ile ilgili kavramlar, İSG’nin amaçları, İSG temel ilkeleri, İSG yönetim sistemi, İSG’nin işletmelerdeki önemi, İSG’nin çalışanlar bakımından önemi, hastanelerde İSG’de risk ve tehlike kavramları, iş kazaları ve meslek hastalıkları konularına yer verilmiştir. Çalışmanın ikinci bölümünde ise; sağlık çalışanlarında iş sağlığı ve güvenliği başlığı altında, sağlık çalışanlarının güvenliğini etkileyen unsurlar, iş sağlığı hemşiresinin görevleri, iş sağlığı hemşiresinin eğitimleri, iş sağlığı hemşireliğinde kayıt tutma, sağlık kuruluşlarında çalışan personellerin maruz kaldığı tehlikeler, sağlık kuruluşlarında saptanan riskler, sağlık kuruluşlarında İSG’nin sağlanması ve alınması gereken tedbirler konuları ele alınmıştır. Çalışmanın üçüncü bölümünde ise; yöntem konusuna yer verilerek, araştırmanın modeli, çalışma grubu, veri toplama süreci, veri toplama araçları ve verilerin analizi yapılarak sonuç kısmında analiz sonuçlarına ve bulgulara yer verilmiştir.

ABSTRACT The aim of the study was to determine the precautions to be taken in the field of occupational health and safety by determining the risks that may adversely affect the human health and the working conditions of the personnel working in the health institutions and to harm their health, and to determine the importance of occupational health and safety training for health workers. this study was carried out. In this study, it is aimed to determine the risks that may occur in the field of health institutions, to be negatively affected by the hazards that may arise in the health and safety of the health personnel and to convey information about the necessary measures to take measures to prevent them, to give full occupational health and safety training, to plan conditions for each risk. It was observed that the findings obtained in the examination were important in terms of ensuring the safety of the hospital, and the resources examined for this study were insufficient in this context. The study is important in terms of forming a basic resource for the studies to be done in the related field. The study is handled in three parts. In the first part of the study; within the conceptual framework, the concepts of health, the definition and characteristics of health enterprises, the definition of occupational health and safety, concepts related to OHS, the objectives of OHS, the basic principles of OHS, the OHS management system, the importance of OHS in enterprises, the importance of OHS in terms of employees, The concepts of risk and danger in OHS in hospitals, occupational accidents and occupational diseases are included. In the second part of the study; Under the heading of occupational health and safety in health workers, factors affecting the safety of health workers, duties of occupational health nurses, trainings of occupational health nurses, record keeping in occupational health nursing, hazards that personnel working in health institutions are exposed to, risks determined in health institutions, providing OHS in health institutions and the measures to be taken are discussed. In the third part of the study; By giving place to the subject of method, the research model, study group, data collection process, data collection tools and data analysis were made and the results of the analysis and findings were included in the conclusion part.
