Abstract

ÖZET Tezin Başlığı: Tekrar Konfigüre Edilebilir Üretim Sistemlerinin ve Tedarikçi Cevap Verebilirliğinin, Ürün Cevap Verebilirliğine Etkisi Tezin Yazarı: Gülşah GENEŞ Danışman: Dr. Öğr. Tekrar konfigüre edilebilir üretim sistemlerinin, ürün cevap verebilirliğine etkisinin ele alındığı bir çalışma literatürde bulunmamaktadır. Benzer şekilde, tedarikçi entegrasyonunun ve tedarikçi ilişkilerinin ele alındığı çalışmalara karşın; tedarikçi cevap verebilirliğinin ürün cevap verebilirliğine etkisi araştırılmamıştır. Bu nedenle çalışmanın amacı, ilgili literatürdeki bu boşluğu doldurulmak ve literatüre katkı sağlamaktır. Bu doğrultuda tekrar konfigüre edilebilir üretim sistemlerinin ürün cevap verebilirliğine etkisi ve tedarikçi cevap verebilirliğinin ürün cevap verebilirliğine etkisi olmak üzere iki ayrı hipotez oluşturularak, bir uygulama gerçekleştirilmiştir. Öncelikle, Türkiye’de imalat sektöründe faaliyet gösteren orta ve büyük ölçekli işletmelerin üst düzey yöneticilerine, 397 anket uygulanmıştır. Daha sonra, anket çalışmasından elde edilen veriler ile güvenilirlik analizi ve yapı geçerliliği test edilerek; açıklayıcı faktör analizi ve doğrulayıcı faktör analizi sonuçları sunulmuştur. Ayrıca, yapısal eşitlik modeli kullanılarak araştırma modeli sınanmıştır. Sonuç olarak, tekrar konfigüre edilebilir üretim sistemleri ile ürün cevap verebilirliği arasında olumlu yönde bir ilişki tespit edilmiştir. Aynı zamanda, tedarikçi cevap verebilirliği ile ürün cevap verebilirliği arasında da olumlu yönde bir ilişki tespit edilerek, hipotezler doğrulanmıştır.

There is no study in the literature that discusses the effect of reconfigurable production systems on product responsiveness. Similarly, despite the studies on supplier integration and supplier relations; The effect of supplier responsiveness on product responsiveness has not been investigated. Therefore, the aim of the study is to fill this gap in the relevant literature and to contribute to the literature. In this direction, two different hypotheses have been created, namely the effect of reconfigurable production systems on product responsiveness and supplier responsiveness on product responsiveness and an application has been implemented. First, operating in the manufacturing sector in Turkey, medium and large-sized businesses, senior executives questionnaire was administered to 397. Then, the data obtained from the survey study, reliability analysis, explanatory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis results are presented. In addition, the research model was tested using the structural equation model. As a result, it has been determined that reconfigurable production systems positively affect product responsiveness. At the same time, it was determined that supplier responsiveness also positively affected product responsiveness, and the hypotheses were confirmed.
