Hâkim en-Nîsâbûrî'nin el-Müstedrek adlı eserindeki Ehl-i Beyt'in faziletine dair hadislerin değerlendirilmesi (Hz. Ali örneği)

Abstract

This paper is a study about a number of speachs of propher Mohammad in the book AL-mustadrak Ala ALsahihayn by imam AL-hakim ALnneysabury the title is the superiority of prophets grand souns in AL-hakms mustadrak a critical researoh ،Which contains (126) speaohs (Hadith) about the superionity of Ali bit talib. This study consists of two main chapters، theory and practical، conclusion and index. The first chapter contains an introduction of the writer، his attempts of hakim AL-naysabury his name، grand father، surname، hickname، birth and his scientific life and his jovrnies to obtain science .His teachers and student، then his books and deth and the neasous of writing other scholars speachs about it also is contained in this chapter as well as the contents of AL-mustadrak and the scholars opinions about it. The second chapter coractical chapter this chapter deals with the sacands references and editing the text of those (126) soeachs the researcher has editing the text، then translated the opinous about the references the hadiths referencing. The purpose of this paper is distinguishing the correct referencing hadiths from weak referenced hadiths in mustadrak book، Especialy after the doubting about AL-imam AL-hakim being shia and refering to many weak referenced hadiths on the superiority of prophets grand sons.

Bu Tez "Hâkim en-Nîsâbûrî'nin el-Müstedrek Adlı Eserinde Ehl-i Beyt'in Faziletine Dair Hadislerin Değerlendirilmesi (Hz. Ali Örneği)" Hakim en-Nîsâbûrî'nin (el-Müstedrek ala's-Sahihayn) kitabında geçen ve Hz.Ali tarafından rivayet edilen (126( hadisi içermektedir. Bu araştırma iki bölümden oluşmakta; teori, pratik, sonuç ve içindekilerden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölüm Müstedrek kitabının müellifi İmam Nisabûrî'nin hayatını ele almakta müellefin ismini, nesebini, künyesini, lakabını, doğum yerini, mezhebini, ilmi hayatını, ilim yolculuklarını, hocalarını, öğrencilerini, eserlerini, vefatını, söz konusu eseri yazma sebebini, alimlerin onunla alakalı görüşlerini ve övgülerini, Müstedrek kitabının konularını, alimlerin kitapla ilgili görüşlerini ve kitapla alakalı yazılan eserleri içermektedir. İkinci bölüm (126) hadisin senetlerini ve bu hadislerin tahricini içermektedir. Araştırmacı, bu hadislerin metnini tahkik etmiş, ravilerin tercemelerini, hadislerin isnadıyla ilgili hükümleri ve senetlerin tahric ve hükümlerini ele almıştır. Bununla beraber özetle hadisteki ğarip lafızları, yer ve kabileleri de açıklamıştır. Bu tezin hedefi el-Müstedrek kitabında zaif ve mevzu olan hadisleri ayırt etmek, özellikle İmam Nisaburiye isnad edilen Şiilik iddiaları ve bu sebeple onun ehli beytin faziletiyle ilgili hadislerinin zayıf ve mevzu olduğuna dair iddiaları değerlendirmektir.
