Molla Muhammed El-Gerdî'nin El-Envâr kitabınin haşiyesi zekât, savm, hacc bölümlerinin tahkiki

Abstract

The science of scriptures is significant in Islamic jurisprudence and it offers great contributions to building the future of the Islamic community. The present study scrutinized the scripture of an annotation of a work titled el-Envâr lî-a'mâli'l-ebrar by Yusuf el'Erdebîlî, written in Shafi'i denomination. The said annotation belongs to the Kurdish scholar Mullah Muhammad al-Gerdî. He wrote an annotation to el-Envâr lî-a'mâli'l-ebrar and called it Hâşiye Molla Muhammed el-Gerdî. The part we would examine from the work Hâşiye Molla Muhammed el-Gerdî is from the beginning of the Kitâbü'z-zekât section to the end of the Kitâbü'l-hacc section. The present study was presented as a master's thesis at Bingöl University Institute of Social Sciences, Department of Basic Islamic Sciences, Islamic Jurisprudence Department. The present study includes introduction, two sections, conclusion and references. The introduction addressed the methodology applied in the thesis, the reasons for selecting the topic, its significance and studies conducted on the subject matter. The first section included four topics. The first topic was the services provided by Kurdish scholars to the Shafi'i denomination, the second was the lives of Mullah Muhammad al-Gerdi and Yusuf al-Erdebili, the third was the resources that Mullah Muhammad used, and the fourth discussed the jurisprudence concepts included in the thesis. The second section in the present study included the examination of Hâşiye Molla Muhammed el-Gerdî. In the conclusion section, the most important findings in the present investigation and examination were presented. Finally, an index of all related verses, hadiths and resources was also included.

Mahtût eserlere yönelik çalışmalar, İslam fıkhında büyük bir öneme haiz olduğu gibi İslam ümmetinin geleceğini inşa etmede de büyük önem taşımaktadır. Çalışmamız, Şafiî mezhebinde yazılmış ve Yusuf el'Erdebîlî'ye ait el-Envâr lî-a'mâli'l-ebrar eserinin bir haşiyesinin mahtûtunu ele almaktadır. Söz konusu haşiye, Kürt âlim Molla Muhammed el-Gerdî'ye aittir. O, el-Envâr lî-a'mâli'l-ebrar eserine bir haşiye yazarak onu Hâşiye Molla Muhammed el-Gerdî olarak isimlendirmiştir. Hâşiye Molla Muhammed el-Gerdî eserinden tahkik edeceğimiz kısım, Kitâbü'z-zekât bölümünden başlayarak Kitâbü'l-hacc bölümünün sonuna kadardır. Çalışmamız, Bingöl üniversitesi Sosyal Bilimler Enstitüsü Temel İslam Bilimleri Bölümü İslam Hukuku Ana Bilim dalına yüksek lisans tezi olarak sunulmuştur. Çalışmamız giriş, iki bölüm, sonuç ve kaynakçadan oluşmaktadır. Giriş kısmı, tezde izlenecek yöntem, konuyu seçmenin nedeni, önemi ve eserle ilgili çalışmalara değinmektedir. Birinci bölüm, dört konuyu ihtiva etmektedir. Birinci konu, Kürt âlimlerinin Şafiî mezhebine hizmetini; ikincisi, Molla Muhammed el-Gerdî ve Yusuf el-Erdebîlî'nin hayatları; üçüncüsü, Molla Muhammed'in yararlandığı kaynakları; dördüncüsü ise tezde yer alan fıkhî kavramları ele almaktadır. Çalışmamızın ikinci bölümü, Hâşiye Molla Muhammed el-Gerdî tahkikini içermektedir. Sonuç kısmında ise tahkik ve incelememizin en önemli bulgularını dile getirdik. Son olarak da ayet, hadis ve kaynakların indeksini koyduk.
