Mevzûat edebiyatında hadis uydurmakla itham edilen sûfî ve zâhid râvîler

Abstract

Üçüncü halife Hz. Osman'ın şehadeti ile vuku bulan olaylar neticesinde İslam âleminde; çözümü zor bir takım fikir ayrılıkları meydana gelmiştir. Bu ayrılma siyasi fırkaların da oluşumuna yol açmıştır. Ortaya çıkan her siyasi fırka ve oluşum kendisinin İslamî olduğunu temellendirebilmek için Kur'ân-ı Kerim ve hadislerden dayanak arayışında olmuşlardır. İslamın temel kaynakları olan Kur'an ve sünnetten dayanak bulamayan veya zorlanan kimi gruplar, Hz. Peygamber'in otoritesinden faydalanmak için hadis uydurma yoluna tenezzül etmişlerdir. Özellikle şiâ ve tasavvuf erbabının hadis uydurma işine yoğun müdahil oldukları yönünde önemli bazı tesbitler dikkatleri çekmektedir. Araştırmamız iki ana bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde; Mevzû hadisin ortaya çıkışı, ortaya çıkış sebepleri ve tanıma yolları ele alınmıştır. Daha sonra Tasavvuf ve sûfî kelimesinin kökeninden başlanarak; tanımı, tarihsel gelişimi ve kurumsallaşması, hadis ilminde zâhid ve sufiler, mevzû hadis ve sûfîler konusu işlenmiştir. Araştırmamız içerisinde yer alan cerh-ta'dil ilmine ise kısaca değinilmiştir. İkinci bölümde, mevzûat edebiyatında hadis uydurmakla itham edilen sûfî-zâhid râvîler işlenmiştir. Tesbit edilen râvîler sûfî râvîler ve zâhid râvîler olarak iki başlık altında incelenmiştir. Söz konusu râvîler incelenirken alfabetik bir sıralama takip edilmiştir. Râvîler ele alınırken; hayatları, hocaları, öğrencileri, haklarındaki cerh-ta'dil yorumları işlenip mevzûat edebiyatına konu olmuş rivâyetleri de aktarılmıştır. Aktarılan rivâyetlerin işlenen râvî ile alakasına ayrıca değinilip rivâyetin sıhhati de incelenmiştir. Râvîlerin rivâyetleri sonrasında râvîler hakkında özet niteliğinde değerlendirmede bulunulmuştur. Mevzûat edebiyatında zikredilmiş olup meçhul olan sûfî-zâhid râvîler ise sûfî olması veya zâhid olması bakımıdan gerekli başlık altında isim olarak zikredilmişlerdir. Sonuç kısmında sûfî râvîlerin uydurma hareketindeki etkinlikleri hakkında varılan yargı değerlendirilmiştir.

As a result of the events that occurred after the martyrdom of the third caliph Uthman, a number of differences of opinion that are difficult to solve have emerged in the Islamic World.These separations paved the way for the formation of some political and creed sects.Every emerged political sect and formation sought a basis from the Quran and hadiths in order to justify themselves as Islamic. It is known that the groups that could not find or had some difficulty in finding a basis from the Quran and hadiths which are the basic resources of Islam deigned to the way of making hadiths to benefit from the authority of Prophet (pbuh).Some important findings draw attention that especially Shi'ah and Sufis experts are heavily involved in making hadiths. Our research consists of two main parts.In the first part of the study, the topics are covered such as the emergence of false hadith and its reasons, ways of recognizing them, the definitions of the words Sufism and Sufi and their origin, the historical development and institutionalization of Sufism science, ascetics and Sufis in the science of hadith, false hadiths and Sufis. In the second part of the study, the Sufi and ascetic narrators who are accused of making hadiths in fabricated literature are examined.The identified narrators are discussed under two titles as Sufi narrators and ascetic narrators.While examining these narrators, an alphabetical order was followed and the lives of the narrators, their teachers and their students,carh and ta'dilevaluations about themwere covered and their rumorsin fabricated literature were conveyed.The relevance of the narrated rumors with the covered narrator was also mentioned and the authenticity of the rumor was evaluated.After the rumors of the narrators, it was tried to givebriefinformation about the narrators.Sufi and ascetic narrators who are mentioned in fabricated literature while being unknown, have been discussed under different titles in terms of being Sufi or ascetic.In the conclusion part,the activities of Sufi narrators in the fabricated movement are tried to be explained.
